NEVER buy anything off this place, i beg.

???? i ordered a backpack on august 11th, it is now august 31st. it has been 20 days, where the hell is my package??? u all charged 12.99 for shipping telling me it would come no later than the 20th, but it has been 11 days past that date and my package STILL isnt here. i understand that there may be some complications sometimes, but after reading all these reviews, it seems like this company is just a bunch of hocus pocus. i need this package by tomorrow STAT, so yall had better hurry it up.

I bought a backpack and it came back…

I bought a backpack and it came back with the stitching already falling off and I’ve sent countless emails as the shipping was taking forever, no reply, im trying to get a refund now but again no reply, anytime I try to process a refund there is issues. I paid for 72 hour shipping which I understood it may not come in that time but almost a week and a half later with no update to several emails just for the product to be faulty is unacceptable. DO NOT BUY.

Buyer Beware! Avoid This Company

I ordered a rust preventative coating for metal (bikes, motorcycles, etc) on their website on 7/1/2025. It is now 8/14/2025, and I still have not received anything. The company does not respond to any emails, and the tracking just mentions various import / export issues with customs, as well as 'delayed due to unforeseeable circumstances'. They should not even be trying to sell items to customers in other countries, if they know that they can't actually be delivered. I will request a refund, but I assume they will just keep on ghosting me. Ridiculous, avoid this company at all costs.
