A horrible experience in Sportmaste shop in Rødovre Center
I had a horrible experience for almost 2 hours in Sportmaste shop in Rødovre Center last Saturday afternoon (2014-11-30). The Service was extreme bad, the employee didn’t have any idea what the responsibility is and the good service they should provide to the customer. All these have changed the image of Sportmaster brand.
I tried to pay with my gavekort from end of 2013 (Sportmaste gavekort will never be expired until the printing can’t see anymore, told by other shop). The employee (Louise) couldn’t scan this gavekort (which was not expired according to her), and told me that I had to contact with Customer support to find out the reason of not working on Monday.
Q1: I received a gavekort from Sportmaste shop, how could this become my (the customer’s) responsibility to check the reason of gavekort not working.
I insisted that she should contact with Customer support on Monday, she tried to find any excuses to not to do until 30 minutes later.
One of the experienced employees continued to handle this case since I was very angry about the attitude Louise had even she said all the time that she was trying help me. But this experienced employee was tried to find unbelievable reasons of the gavekort not working – gavekort could be locked and gavekort system has been changed…etc without looking into the problem, and he even SHOUTED on me during the discussion.
Q2: Which kind people is this experienced employee? Have he learnt how to talk to the customer?
1 hour later, when Louise tried the again to show what she did was correct from another payment machine, but then my gavekort was working…. She blamed the machine of course!!! Both the old employee and Louise didn’t give me apologies at once until I requested and discussed, they didn’t admit the horrible service they gave to me.
The way of their behavior was terrible!!! They have destroyed image of sportmarste!!! How can sportmaster allow this kind bad service???
IT system problem can not be the execuse.
I was wasted 2 hours by them and received this horrible service! How can I NOT inform others? No more shopping in Sportmaste shop in Rødovre Center, unless something is improved.
