Terrible customer service
Bought a swimsuit and added a swim hat at the last minute. I had to pay p and p. Just received swim hat but no swimsuit as swimsuit out of stock. No notification so I have paid p and p for no reason. They will not refund me the p an p. Avoid and buy elsewhere.

Canceled my order by claming it's sold out only to adjust the price so they can sell it for more.
Ordered some shoes from your website for 416 dkk. I recived a confirmation mail and that everything was fine. The day after you canceled my order because it is sold out. This is totaly a lie since i can order it again from your website just the price now is 520 dkk. So basicly you canceled my order so you can sell my order to someone else for a higher price. That's realy bad customer service.
Basically guys, you can't relly on sportsmaster when you order something, cause if they think they can sell it for more they will just cancel your order and adjust the price.
Sad, before this BS i actually liked your store...

Lost my order!
Update as reply to Sportmaster: As I can see when tracking the package it seems like the order is still physically at the store as the only update says that the package is registered, meaning that the store has printed the labels but not yet handed over the package to Postnord. When being in contact through email and phone with you, there was never a mention that Postnord had misplaced the order, but only that you would contact the store to find out status where I was told that the store themselves had misplaced my order.
As I myself work daily with sending online orders with Postnord I know the procedures and I have a hard time believing that Postnord themselves misplaced the package.
Secondly, despite being in contact with you several times, I was never offered any good deal or special price when reordering although I mentioned this over the phone.
So this is all new news to me. But thanks for offering a solution.
Put an online order on Jan 20, and was told that the products would be shipped from a physical store as they didn't have the products on the online store. On Jan 21, I received a second email stating the order confirmation, but no tracking number. So I emailed customer service which provided me with a tracking number where I could see that the physical store in Esbjerg had printed the shipment label for the order on Jan 21. I waited 2 more weekdays and emailed customer service back as I hadn't seen any movement on the package. I received an answer stating that customer service would contact the store itself. The following day on Jan 26 I received an email from customer service saying that the store had lost the shipment and therefore were unsuccessful in fullfilling the order. I was in the email met with two options, 1. Get full refund or 2. Have more patience. I called customer service and waited an hour on queue on Jan 27, to ask if there was a possibility that another store could fulfil the order. But unfortunately the only option was for them to cancel my order and me having to reorder it.
A big hassle, for a first time buyer. Don't know if I will order here again.

Missing Item
Ordered online an item with big discount, but on the e-mail feedback they said, it cannot be delivered. I contacted customer service and they clarified the reasons and immeadiately offered another similar item for the same discounted price.

Købte en Peakperformance Frost Down jakke. Til Black friday. Og det viste sig at den var gået op i syningen. Men det klarede Lars fra Sportsmaster Ribe uden problemer og skaffede en ny jakke hjem til mig!:)

I have ordered Peak performance maroon ski jakke. I had some questions regarding that. I have asked that via chat and I have got very good response. I completely satisfied with my purchase
"Experts" (in poor customer service)
I bought a The North Face Trevail Hoodie down jacket that is losing its down filling through the seams in big quantities, faster and more than it normally should. After a quick search on the internet it seemed to be an issue with the product mentioned in several websites including The North Face store page and Out Door Gear Lab which is an experts website for outdoor gear.
The local TNF store also said it's an issue/faulty product and don't understand why SPORTMASTER don't refund me.
Although the 2 years warranty and my try to get refunded, still in the first 30 days, the store's manager refused to get it back. Long conversations with the customer service via E-mails and on the phone lead back to the same "expert" who's refusing to take back the jacket.
No down jacket should lose IN HIGH RATE its down filling. Especially not through the seams. It means the the stitching made with very poor quality.
Extra filling is not an excuse, it is made so the rate of the filling will stay as mentioned on the jacket even when it's losing SOME of the down filling. It should not look like a geese pillow fight!
The solution of putting it in the washing machine with tennis balls is not a factory solution otherwise the company would have done it themselves! it destroys the water-repelling coating, breaks the feathers and damage the fabric.
Beside the bad service at the store located in Magasin, the fact that the store manager was replying to my E-mails directing to the costumer service is no more than a sad joke. He is the problem therefore I contacted the customer service in the first place, so he definitely should not be a part of any communication with the client.
