Sportmaster waves

Sportmaster waves: I bought shoes for my ten years son. The shoes were really really really bad in quality. One hour of using them In his birthday inside gave wears.
The employee was unskilled that she uses my time to explain to me that the shows were not used indoor. Rather of your useless and wrong guessing, please check the quality of your product this is absolutely so unprofessional. She was a manager, give me a break!!!!
Bad quality and unprofessional staff.

I bought a running shoes in Sportmaster

I bought a running shoes in Sportmaster (Strøget). Before paid I asked if I can return the item if I’ll take without the box, he was really nice to me (now I know that he just pretended) and I got the answer that is no prob just the shoes has to be the same as new and I must have receipt.After one week I decided return the shoes and guess what? That guy started telling me that he didn't say anything (he just lied to me) and maybe I misunderstood. I was shocked .They said they could not do anything about it and that is just so unfair!! They promise anything before selling the item and when they do they just let the client down when we need. I will never buy anything on Sportmaster!!!!

I bought a Nemeziz Messi 18.1 FG/AG…

I bought a Nemeziz Messi 18.1 FG/AG football boots for my boyfriend for Christmas last year. He has been using only on artificial grass and the shoes sole went off. He went to Sports Master Frederiskerg to try to change the shoes or get the money back, because when I purchased the shoes they told me that if something happen we could return within 2 years. And guess what happened? They said they could not do anything about it and that is just so unfair!! They promise many things before selling the product and when they do they just let the client down when we need. I will never buy anything on this shop again.

very bad

very bad. l bought tshirt and they send used one dirty,creased and there is blood inside no mark no sticker. l wrote custumor service they said send it back we will show it our houseware?? l send you photo how is the tshirt..people shouldn't buy anything from you.it a your mistake you send used things and you said send it back so then l will wait 1 more mounth?

Balance board

Hi, we ordered balance board but due to not properly covered srew the board was a bit corrupted and obviously there was missing a tool for changing halfballs. We were advised from call center to go to any store to deal with it so we went there. At the store they changed the board with no problem but they did not know anything about missing tool so we left the situation as it was because when we wanted to return the product snd order new one we wouldn't have got our money for transportation back. So we were a bit disappointed from the customer service and return policy at your company. But the product itself is a good quality and we are satisfied with it. Kind regards Hana
