will not let you withdraw any money making up excuses about payment card having expired and instructing you to deposit further funds into account before balance can be released - i need to withdraw because i need the funds not because i want to bet more!

I once won with SportPesa and didn't hv trouble withdrawing my winnings. Some people claim to hv had different experiences.

My honest review from my experience is that I recommend you to sign up elsewhere. You can sign up fine but when you want to withdraw they only accept certain statements from certain banks. I use Barclays and they wouldn't accept it. Had to fight over a week with them just to withdraw £5000 and get my account passed security..

The customer service live chat is terrible as they didn't help me once. No bookies like winners (obviously) but sportpesa will prolong you as long as possible, you must force them to pay out which is wrong.I contacted them at least 5 times over the same issue. Please avoid this site. Use a more reputable site on the market.

Very slow withdrawals and very poor offers. They will also ban any winning bettor by putting a £1 max restriction on your account.

Sportpesa have over £100 of my money and I literally cannot withdraw it. They say that it’s because I have a MasterCard (I don’t) but even if I did, so what?)

I deposited using a Visacard yet that same Visa card is now a problem to withdraw too

They don’t resoond to emails and responses via Webchat just goes back to the nonsense MasterCard issue

They literally won’t give me my money! Please don’t use them - stay well clear

Tried to create an account but when I clicked confirm after entering my details, I got an error message saying registration failed. I then went onto the customer support live chat only to be told that my account had been closed following a business decision! What sort of business are these jokers running, closing a new customers account before they have even managed to login to the site! Beyond belief. A business decision based on what exactly? A business decision surely has to be based on something, account activity, betting patterns etc. Oh and then about an hour or so later I receive an email from them saying that my registration was a success. Tried to login - access denied!

Frauds. Let you make a deposit but. If you win they defraud you. Gambling Comission report inbound

This company doesn't have any system in the UK. No UK number for customers, they said they have no address to write to, to visit, no management details, nothing!

I asked to make a complaint and literally I was told there's no one to take it up with, no one to talk too, they said they don't care about my issue on livechat and the only way to address any issue is to do a livechat lol

Sent of a bank statement and copy of a passport to them. Passport no good because it is scanned. First and only time I will bet with them. If they are going to be this pedantic from day one there is not a single reason in the world to bet with them and not others.

I like the company simply becaus.e of their very first payouts

Betting has never really been my thing.I have only tried it a dozen times with different outfits. SportPesa has always treated me right,in regards to reflecting the right amount of funds deposited to my account as well as keeping me posted on progress of the games in my bet cluster.There may be some delays every now and then, but they arise from simple technical hitches,not deliberate intentions to defraud as I've heard about other betting firms
