ordered a few items online from Sports Direct. When I received my order, I noticed one item was missing. I really recommend you to teach your staff not to take from the deliveries.

I went to the store to sort out this issue. They first told me they would give me some credits, but after one hour they said no. I will never trust these people again, not sure what they will take from my next order!

Terrible customer service, took money but never delivered and virtual assistant help is useless.

Awful customer service - will not be buying from them again. I ordered a pair of trainers which I knew my exact size and they sent 2 sizes too big. It was then extremely difficult to communicate with them and I had to pay for the item to be returned as well as ordering another pair (£10 out of pocket for their mistake). We were back and forth on email with no headway made … felt like I was loosing my mind with their customer service!!! Waste of time and space!

I returned 3 pair of shoes but was only refunded for two pairs. They said they couldnt do anything about it. So extremly bad service. Very dissapointed and frustrated. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!

I placed an order and two products were missing from my order, I went in to talk to them and they told me that they can't do anything because they think I received the whole order, I wanted to return a jacket and I had to pay the shipping again 5 pounds because in the store in sports direct when I was there they said that they can't be returned in the store anymore and I have to do it online, but I don't understand why we have to pay 5 pounds every time we want to return something because the sizes don't they fit, it's a poor shop and poor customer service that doesn't know how to communicate

Would give no stars if I could. Sent wrong bikini bottoms and wouldn’t let me return because they don’t let you return bikini bottoms. If they’d sent the right ones in the first place I’d have keep them. So lost the cost of the item and postage because of their mistake

Called 0344 332 5674 which is supposedly to be your customers services dept. To my surprise the phone was ended/hung up 11 times. Took my business to Footasylum and was seen, dealt and received product that general query was about. Good luck to Sports Direct if they wish to stay in the market.

Went to shop to buy Nike pro junior shorts today asked store worker for help finding them as there was so much stuff rammed on rails couldn’t see them. Store worker very unhelpful couldn’t be bothered to help me find them. So sports direct I took my business to jd sports instead who ordered them for me free of charge, and will refund if not suitable.

Money has been taken from my account by sports direct for a swimsuit but I have not had an email confirmation about the order and I cannot trace my order at all on the system. It is though they have taken my money and will not actually send my swimsuit! It is impossible to contact them. I am really worried that this item will never turn up because there is no record of it and yet the money has been taken from my account.

Disgusting customer service.
There was an offer to open a fraser account and get a few types of trainers for low prices. So I ordered a mens pair £20 and two ladies £12.50 each. All in my basket I pressed to pay and then on my confirmation it had charged £40 for the men's and £25 for each of the ladies!
I got straight onto the help section which is worse than useless. The chatbot also absolutely rubbish and finally email. Took days to reply. After about 20 emails back and forth still no good. They denied everything. Said the prices often change, I had chosen different sizes to the offer, etc.. all saying they were right and I was wrong even though I sent screen shots of the prices. They even tried to pass ot off as frasers fault!
In the end I've ended up returning everything at my expense. Useless company I will never give them a penny from now on. Worst customer service ever... spend your money elsewhere!

Do not order off these I order 2 pairs of slippers and 1 pair of addidas leggings.
My parcel turned up with only one pair of slippers in the parcel. Emailed 4 times and received a response 4 days later basically calling me a lier as apparently they were scanned into my parcel but clearly the picker packer did not put them in my order. Very unhelpful and very unhappy as wasn't cheap. Won't be ordering from these again

Missing expensive ski pants in an order. Have tried to resolve with the company, who keeps making assurances that they will deal with the issue and then not dealing with it. I contacted them by ChatBot immediately when the pants failed to arrive with the rest of the package and then to respresentatives and by email. They assured me that matter would be dealt with and I would have a reply by Monday. Now days later and still no communication. Matter remains unresolved despite their apologies and false assurances to the contrary.. Next stop, if not resolved immediately will be to raise issue with visa.

They sent me a tracksuit out with the bottoms missing . Took around 40 emails back and forth and about 6 weeks for them too give me a return form and too solve the problem they told me they couldn't find the bottoms . I returned the top they emailed 21 days ago saying they received it but I still have no refund and no reply of them . Absolute waste of time they are

Poor customer service. Bought a pair of shoes instore and when I arrived home I noticed that the wrong sized shoes were in the box (I tried on the correct size). Sports Direct are refusing to exchange these for the correct size.

Can't ammend your order, can't cancel you order, can't speak to a customer service rep basically anything you can do with every other company with sports direct a big retail company allegedly.. you can't do.. what is the point twice ordered online twice had issues with zero customer service. If you can't even call it that! Don't waste your time and energy ordering here buy instoreor not at all

Brought amigo pony travel boots from sports direct priced 74.99 but reduced 38.99 thought was set of 4 but actually its for 1 boot has cost me 10.00 in postage ridiculous as a set not reduced would cost 300.00. will not be using this company again rip off, the Web chat cut u off at the questions they don't want to answer.

Bought faulty shoes. Left one makes clicking sound, right one dose not fit correctly and makes foot sore. Their probably imperfections the decent shops won't accept. Says on receipt shoes not refundable if worn outdoors. When I phone never an answer. Texted but no reply. Avoid Sports Direct, they are scammers.

Ordered a football shirt for my daughter that cost me £70 online and a month later still hasn’t arrived! Back and forth with customer service but they are not helpful. Will not be ordering from sports direct again!

Insane cowboys . Bought some air max hurrache for a gift (pink)with my new account £1100 credit first purchase. They arrived after paying £5 delivery .trainers had been worn !! All be it indoors may have been on a store shelf at sometime? Demanded refund in store was told only could exchange as I said they were damaged but if I had said I chose the wrong size I could have credit note to spend in store. I said they are wrong size then I'll have in store credit. Was told I had just verbally expressed they were damaged so I could only post them back at my expense recorded delivery for refund. So I took them to another store with my mum who the trainers were for i told her to pick what she wanted for her birthday. Asked if exchange was ok and spent half hour with here choosing trainers. When we got to till they said computer error says you must post them. WTH.what the hell. Anyways posted em back ruining surprise gift and eventually got my refund. Never to use again £12 out of pocket. Didn't cancel my account but it was not in negative. ICING ON THE CAKE my experian credit rating went down a few points on my monthly report looked into and it was because of sports direct credit to whom I don't owe a penny just still got my £1100 unused.AVIOD AT ALL COSTS !!!
