Dennis is a professional in every way! He organised our cycling holiday exactly like we wanted. Airport transfers, hotel, and our bike hire. (delivered to the hotel and already perfectly sized for us) Even suggested some routes for us to try. Then checked in to make sure our holiday was going as planned. Can't ask for more! The airport pickup & drop off are on time with room to spare, check-in/out process is smooth and the resorts meet the expectations.

What made our experience great with Sports-Hotels is the personalized service provide by Dennis. Always easy to reach; always quick to react to issues (with rental bikes as an example); always pleasant to deal with. A real professional; can't wait to go back to Europe with Sports-Hotels!!!

Note: the Las-Gaviotas hotel in Playa de Muro is an above-average facility as well as the quality of the food.

Booked a Club trip for 22 to Mallorca, complete with transfers, bike hire and cycle shuttle trips to Lluc and Andratx.
Dennis was very responsive to changes within our group and managed the process perfectly.

Waldy Wheelers cycle club stayed @ Syncrosfera hotel for our annual cycling tour. This is a great hotel with amazing views and great food, very well set up to support cyclists. Dennis helped us with lots of logistics also, which all worked perfectly !

Everything worked perfectly from the transfers, to the hotel, to the bike hire. Dennis was excellent with his organisation and we had a superb few days cycling around Majorca!

We spend one week at Monchique Resort.
Biking , swimming and relaxing at the resort. Highly recommended for biking or just relaxing by the pool or spa.

Many thanks to Dennis @ Sports Hotels for helping to smoothly deliver our club cycling holiday in April! With people coming and leaving at different times and different bike requirements I can't imagine we were the easiest group to fulfil but he did it with aplomb.

The hotel did everything it needed to do - spacious rooms (some of us kept bikes in our rooms rather than the bike garage), brilliant food and the "pay once" approach to drinks at dinner was really simple for everyone to so what they wanted to do cost effectively. The only negative was the functionality of some of the hotal track pumps in the garage but we soon managed to find some that worked properly.

Port de Pollensa was an amazing central place to cycle from and end or ride beers at Stay with the sea view were amazing. Dennis also provided us with some routes which we utilised (or used as a base for our rides) which was really helpful.

Would definitely use Sport Hotels next year - just need to decide where we want to go....
