The trip was really well organised. Communication and planning from Dennis was excellent - he really knows a lot about the area, as well as the amenities, and accommodation options. Majorca is an excellent place to go for a cycling holiday with lots of options for routes as well as many iconic routes. Would definitely use sports-hotels.com again for another cycling trip.

Dennis made the process very easy from start to finish. He communicated well throughout the planning, always being quick to respond to our changing requests and delivered an outstanding trip for our group. The hotel was superb at MarSenses, bikes were great and everything ran smoothly. Made my life as a tour organiser a breeze!

Just back from our first cycling trip. Dennis made the whole thing so easy from start to finish. He recommended hotels, sourced bike hire, sent us bike route recommendations, last minute bike shuttle buses and so much more. It was so helpful to know we had someone just a text away at anytime we had a query and the whole thing ran extremely smoothly. Dennis at Sports-Hotels.com was our Knight in shining armour during our trip to Mallorca. He arranged our essential pool swim sessions at a wonderful hotel with fantastic heated salt water. He was always so quick to respond to any query and so willing to assist. Truly nothing this man can't arrange for your sport week away in Mallorca.

From the minute I contacted the company to enquire about our trip (thank you Dennis!!!) to the transfer home, our experience of Club La Santa has been absolutely incredible.
I would recommend this resort to anyone who wants to have a fun, active holiday and experience sports they may never try at home. If i could award more than 5 stars I would!!! Best holiday we’ve ever had!

Barcelo active Lanzarote is a new combination of 2 hotels into one resort with excellent facilities. Activity programme needs a bit more co ordination as to what's happening where on site.

Dennis at Sports-Hotels was very quick to answer all my email queries. It was good to have a connection to someone who has visited a variety of resorts and who could make recommendations based on experience. I very much enjoyed my stay and appreciated the recommendation to rent a car while on Fuertaventura - this really made my time there extra enjoyable. Dennis also liaised with the hotel when I was having difficulty getting a straight response from them regarding information on their website. I would recommend Sports-Hotels.com to other travellers.

Very nice hotel with fabulous views and a very healthy hearty breakfast. Beautiful pool. So many activities though you do have to book some, in person, an app might be useful. Restaurant food on-site was varied and good. We had a very enjoyable stay and will return.

I wouldn't normally book a hotel through a third party, but in this case I was able to ask questions and find the best hotel for our needs without paying any extra. In fact we possibly paid a little less. Dennis took care of everything and we were very happy with the bike rental that he organised. I would definitely take this route again.

Dennis at the sports hotel was extremely helpful in bringing our trip together. Sports hotel arranged accommodation, airport transfer and bike hire. Each element was great. Dennis helped plan some routes and was also on hand to help with any questions.

I had a great trip organised by Dennis. The hotel was of a high standard and the bike was excellent. This particular hotel, which is adult only did have an older class of guests, some very old.
Also i rented a car, which was cheaper than getting a taxi from Palma airport, but the Hotel does offer a shuttle service.

The bike i ordered through Northwind cycles was delivered to me the night i arrived and also picked up after i had left, the service was great.

I would definitely come back and book through Sports-Hotels again

A truly excellent service from start to finish. Dennis covered everything, including adjusting the airport transfer very quickly in response to the flight out being delayed. Details of available options were clear to understand with no attempt to influence selection. All emails were responded to promptly providing friendly professional advice. Dennis has also provided details of alternative destinations with squash facilities.
I have already passed on the website and email details to a friend within 2 days of returning from the holiday. No hesitation recommending Dennis to help organise a holiday.
