Complete scammer's. Nearly EVERY time I have a head to head bet the odds go down. The minute I've had the bet they're back to the original price. It's like magic !! I loathe this vile Irish company. I have closed my account and hope they are banned In Australia. Not only are they cheats, they HATE winners as well !

I have always deposited a lot of money, now they made a promo on the European football championships, I had won a prize and they decided to kill me without notifying me of anything,

Terrible customer service,been with them for years and they just keep going from bad to worse,so much for loyalty.There is a lot better options out there than these nowdays.Goodbye

I dont gamble other than the Melbourne Cup but I wanted to place a bet on RFK jr because of the odds. I transferred money across and placed the bet. Sportsbet has a limit on that bet but doesn't tell you that before you transfer the money in for that bet. So basically they reduced the bet and now the remainder of the money is sitting in their coffers. So either I bet it to try to win my own money back or they keep it together. It's highway robbery. If they have a betting limit on an actual bet then they should be saying that upfront so you know not to deposit any more money than that amount. I have emailed Sportsbet and Andrew Wilkie because, quite simply, I have no interest in trying to win my own money back just because they have limits they don't publish anywhere on the bet before you deposit the funds to place the bet. It's the craziest "house-always-win" scenario I have ever heard of.

Now they are saying they will refund the extra money but only if I provide my bank details. I have started a case with Paypal instead. I used Paypal so they wouldn't have my bank details. My advice is bet elsewhere. Sportsbet are shady and their customer service is trump-like in their non-answers to any questions you ask them. They couldn't provide a reason for limiting my bet with my money and ignored the part where I asked them why they didn't tell me about the maximum limit before I deposited the money. They disconnected me when I said I wanted the refund through pay pal as I did not trust them with my bank account details and then denied doing so when I immediately contacted them again.

It seems if you put a bet on a horse and it doesn’t run or is cut from the race it gives SportsBet the justify to take that money and run and not give money that was rightfully yours in the first place.

Id give it a zero if i can, both draymond and klay get ejected after 2mins and sportsbet says bets stand per policy bro its a $5 you guys are keeping how sad ia that but i guess this is how the ceo of the company gets rich biggest legal scam company ever keep our $5 bets ita a donation to this thieving company.

Had one bad technical issue, and wrote a negative review.
Have calmed down now and am writing a proper review.
Been with a few betting partners but SportsBet is the best by far.

In your own interests, I’d recommend stearing well clear of SportsBet.

In my opinion, SportsBet is probably the worst larger size business ive dealt with.
In my opinion, SportsBet customer service is second rate and grievance handling appalling.

It seems to me that SportsBet management isn’t interested in corporate reputation or properly dealing with customer concerns.
I’d blame SportsBet Management for this.
Some years ago I had a customer service issue with Telstra and then Chief Executive of Telstra offered to meet me to resolve it. Now that’s true leadership SportsBet CEO mr Barni Evans - not cowardice !

Surely if the CEO of Telstra can meet with customers, so should you.

Missing deposits , started at 7.05pm Qld time . There was notice at all trying to get through for 5 hours , at 8.29pm Qld time I spoke with Dominic, he was very rude cut me and just put me on hold . And now I'm informed it's a payid problem 24 hour fix , and can't even get any bonus bets for compensation. What do you call that ? Been a member for 3 years almost

Do not use. Worse odds, better promotions elsewhere.

Refused to pay out 4th in the Melbourne cup - 24 horse handicap race! Every other bookie pays up to 5th or 6th.

Scam. Called up during a game break to place a bet on a 2.7 odd but was told the odd had dropped to 1.57. But after hanging up, the odd went up to 4.5. F*** off. What a bloody joke.
Also unable to withdraw money that you’ve over-deposited !!!!

I won a $10,900 multi
They took 20% and gave me $8,600 .. plenty of better apps.. do your reseach.. there is no limit to how much you can loose only on how much you can win.. .

Plutonium Investment saved me from the huge debt I incurred through the use of this betting platform and I am definitely not putting my money here anymore because I have learned my lesson the difficult way.

Played an AFL multi with SPORTSBET over several games. We are none the wiser until you get stung. Here is a warning for anyone that chooses to bet with them. If you take a multi over several AFL games and one of your selections does not play he will naturally appear as void. What I found out by default was all other selections in the same leg will show as winners with a green tick.
But they in fact are void as well.From a logic point of view this is not only a lottery but a plain and simple RIP off.Why show the selections as winners if they are void as well???Furthermore how does one void selection have any bearing on the other outcomes in the same match ???
Their Customer service tell me this process is industry standard . Sporstbet go and find another sucker to scam !!!

Used to have good and polite live chat and could take your time with discussing why bets aren’t voided.

Now the person on the live chat ended the chat before me even answering.(due to inactivity) I was typing…

Also getting a bet marked as no return when your player doesn’t even play 1 second of the game is atrocious.

And then sometime it gets marked as void when player gets injured as their goodwill …

Just had a multi on PGA with ties included and wouldn’t pay out full amount of $2800
And paid me $414 as 4 players tied but told me it wasn’t a tie but dead heat
Just got off the phone not happy been with them for over a decade

I would have given less than a star if there is.
I placed a bet on 19 th over of 20 overs game however the rain started and game was not played and they told me I lost the bet.
Should not it be considered as void if the game has not been played at all?

Their a pack of peice of crap sportsbet won 1000 been betting with them for years same account same everything they put money into another account which no mine sent me email my problem shut my account need class action against these pieces of crap
