Chris & the team have been great responding very promptly & helpfully to all my queries. The kits are very good and the results fascinating and really well presented. Lots of food for thought.
The requirement for fasting could however be more prominently displayed in the the leaflets/videos rather than only one the sample tube label. Looking forward to seeing how things develop

Very reliable service

The kit is easy to use and turnaround is super quick. Only ever had one minor issue, and I'm convinced the blame lies with Royal Mail, nonetheless, they were very responsive and sorted the problem out without fuss.

I ordered the kit, had it delivered, sent it off and had my results within 4 days! Each individual marker came with detailed information and advice on how to improved the markers and why they’re important. It’s sad but I’m looking forward to my next test and seeing if my markers have improved since implementing the advice give.

Endurance sports-specific testing, process was exactly as described and reliable. Got results quickly. Doctor reviewed and commented, and you could tell she had read the background information provided to give personalised advice. Design of site and presentation of results is very good. Only downsides were that it was tricky to get the hang of getting the blood out (I suspect this gets easier with practice) and, if you're female, it has to be done 3rd day of period on a Mon-Thurs - guess you have to wait and change testing schedule if it doesn't coincide?!
