I clicked on an advertisement for one team and when the order was delivered, the team had switched to a team I’ve never heard of. Of course it was the same color as the one I had originally chosen so didn’t notice during the purchase. Once received 6 weeks later, I contacted the company to report the discrepancy to be told I couldn’t exchange the item, even at my own cost, because it wasn’t damaged, but they would offer me 20% off another purchase. Do NOT order from this company, they do not care about their consumer or their reputation.

Made order on the 25 th January still.waiting for.my merchandise. Tracking socks, no real-time updates, customer support said it was delivered but was not and no proof of it. Can't get a response form.anybody. what's sadness I bought from them.before. As of Febuary 20th still have not recieved thank god i went through paypal and was refunded by pay pal .

I order a hoodie back on November and still haven't gotten it yet, i email and left my info if there's a problem with my delivery no response, the number they have don't work, they use a courier PDN express also a scam. The courier dont responseto me or call me on why my orde wasn'tdelivere,they said my order was delivered but no one delivered, no proof of delivery. To this day still not received my order.

only promising that they are working with order ...3 times they have excused some where house crap. but they are bratty smart... i ordered 4 items .. they first send me belt only:D (cheapest thing) then i cant accuse they for fraud , but still 157€ for belt :D:D:D
3 months now so never recommend!!!!!!

Give horrible customer service also sends items that are broken also rubbish returns policy also no gestures of good will worth having also do refund for deliverys you have paid for unless you have jumped through hoops to get it sports direct the company that hides around other company are poorest customer service team around.

Very poor after sales service. No customer service. An iem missing on delivery but its my fault?????

Bought trainers in Friern Barnet branch served by Ricardo who was really lovely nothing was too much for him....if he didn’t have what I was requesting he used his initiative and brought other trainers to check out. For me being a senior citizen it was so lovely to be cared for. Ricardo also was good with other customers too. So thank you and I’m delighted with my purchase.

Ordered items from the SportsGiftsDirect website in December 2020 and till now have not received any updates or the items. No emails or phone call/voicemails returned by the company. Non existent customer care.. Its 3/20 and my order is still unfulfilled. Lost my money with this site. Do not order!

I've ordered twice from this website and both times have been absolutely fine. The parcels have arrived quickly, safely and well-packaged. I see the negative reviews so maybe I'm fortunate. I would say that I haven't ever ordered personalised goods, which seems to be a problem for some. But from a personal perspective, this site has been great for me on both occasions.

I ordered a small gift for my 9 year old. Despatch time on sportsgiftsdirect.co.uk was listed as 'within 48 hours'.

It's nearly a month later and I don't have the item; they don't respond to emails; they don't respond to Paypal messages.

I have submitted a Paypal claim.

Ordered and never received a WWE cushion, numerous emails, no response.. Disgusting company.. Scammers... In Peterborough a lot.. Will be knocking their doors soon..

Wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered. Been waiting nearly three weeks and still no product, sent three e-mails and no reply. Pretty much resigned to the fact that I've lost my money!!

I have never given a one star review,but anyone reading this, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, unless you want to lose your money!! Wouldn't have even given one star. Horrendous company. They take your money, send the wrong product and totally ignore all your emails. We have been scammed, do not take the risk. Never before have I experienced a company like this. I intend to take matters further. Not even sure it can be a real company due to the service provided. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

I ordered an item for a Christmas present on the 4th of December, it is now the 29th and it still hasn’t arrived. I sent several emails with no response and called the number several times for it only to go through to voicemail! Would not recommend this company.

Ordered 2 items. 1 arrived promptly, the other has still not arrived. Numerous emails sent without response. Phone calls go direct to voicemail and remain unanswered. Will be taking up with PayPal, but please anybody reading this review, do NOT use this company, you will only be left disappointed

Really bad customer service. Super slow to get your product out and the customer service team is absolutely not helpful. And shipping costs are high especially given that you won't get expedited service. Poor experience.

Didn't receive my item. Emailed them a few times but they were dismissive and unhelpful and in the end stopped replying to my emails. I escalated the issue via PayPal and they hadn't responded there either. Absolute scammers! I'm so shocked reading all the other reviews, that they have a tendency to not deliver out items. Frauds.
