Never sent what I ordered. No response to emails. Scam

Read a lot of bad reviews but decided to take a punt, my order arrived correctly and promptly so no complaints here.

I will never order anything from this company again. I ordered something for my husbands birthday. Paid the fee for 2 day shipping and it took over a month to get here. Several calls were made but only to be answered by a VOICEMAIL. Emails have gone with no response. I asked for a refund last time i called and a week later got an email that the item was shipped. I only gave it a 1 star because there wasn't a lesser value.
Don't waste your time and money on this company... Stay with someone reputable.

Ordered 2 items as Xmas present for my boys. First order came through wrong, then the second turned up which was personalised and again then got it wrong (my sons name on an Arsenal Mug when we ordered a Liverpool one!)

They have since not responded to any emails for over a month now. Looking at the reviews, seems they do this all the time

A month on and still waiting for my order.Emails being ignored but I refuse to let this go.Am intending to make a visit if my refund is not forthcoming

Will never use again! I ordered some cufflinks for a colleagues birthday and I paid for UPS 1 day delivery and it is still not here!!! I ordered it on Monday!!! DO NOT USE THESE PILE OF CRAP COMPANY AGAIN!!!

Bit dubios after reading reviews however no problems what so ever and arrived earlier than expected with order updates available on my PayPal. Would use again

Paid a premium for UPS next working day only for it to arrive 4 days later. Don't need the football now as it has arrived 2 days after my Sons Birthday.

I bought a book. Never received. Emails not answered. Avoid.

Ordered some cuff links which, due to poor quality, broke apart almost immediately. Emailed company for replacements but emails were ignored.

Ordered from sports gifts direct for my dads birthday. The gift came disfigured, made from cheap leather with scuffs and scrapes all over it. I reported it to sports gifts immediately as I had paid over £20 for this item and was no way I could give it as a gift it was appalling. Got an automated email stating my request number and month and a half later and the company haven’t even got back to me, after repeated emails. This company have appalled me and I would NEVER order from them again.

Ordered items from Sports Gifts Direct for a birthday present. After opening the items found 1 of the 2 items was damaged and reported to Sports Gift Direct. Got a response that as the item was over 7 days old they wouldnt do anything. They do not abide by UK The Consumer Rights Act 2015 which should allow 30 days for damaged/faulty goods to be returned or refunded and their attitude to customers reporting issues is that of disdain. WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I ordered from Sports Direct and even though they sent the wrong size shoe (I ordered size 4 and they sent a size 7) they refunded the order minus the delivery postage and I had to pay for the return postage. I emailed them asking for the delivery postage refund and they have ignored my email. I wont order again from them it worked out a very expensive experience BEWARE!
