It all happened as planned the assistance from the company contact was extremely good and well organised when there was a change in the plan and no one was missed.
Would definitely use again.

Found accommodation easy. Room was perfect for what I needed however I needed to be closer to the track, it was about a 25/30 minute walk which isn’t that far but once you add the walking done inside the circuit, it makes it a bit uncomfortable by the end. Helicopter experience is amazing. I missed the dinner due to the fact that it started when there was racing still happening, as well as it was raining, and getting from the track to Crown by Uber at that time was $30-$50 which is ridiculous and a scooter is near impossible to find. So that dinner was placed poorly in my opinion however I see many people went

Excellent communication and well organised by staff

Our hotel was changed after we booked with sportsnet to a low standard hotel that was undergoing significant renovation and was a long way away from the the Singapore F1 track. Not what we paid for and not what we expected.

All very well orginised.

Everything was pretty good except the bus was late picking us up to go for the wine tour to the Yarra Valley and my only complaint was that breakfast was not included in the hotel accommodation

It all went very smoothly. Well put together and executed. No issues.

I booked an Australian Open experience including travel insurance in the package in January 2022 through Luxury Escapes that turned out to be provided by Sportsnet.
Unfortunately I had to cancel due to Covid and the insurance will not process my claim or return any of my efforts to contact them.
As a result I have no plans to use Sportsnet again but I will never use Luxury Escapes.

During our last trip for Magic Round in Brisbane there were some issues with the hotel; however, we did receive a refund and I note for the latest Magic Round the same hotel is not being used. We probably won't go again unless we can pick our seats. We were right next to the tunnel, and kids were allowed to stand there and blocked your view. We paid for the expensive seats, said we wanted to be under cover, but all we did was pay for expensive seats to be in the rain for two of the three days. It really wasn't the best, and like I say, unless I could pick seats we'll stay home and watch it on TV.

We have a great experience at the John Cain Arena lounge, especially during a hot day with air-conditioning and free to roam around.

We attended UFC 284 with Sportsnet Holidays and has the best time. From the first booking phone call to the checkin experience the communication and experience was professional and executed very well.
We will 100% be booking agin with Sportsnet and using them for ongoing events in the future.
