Some brands just commit suicide and these guys are one of them. They used to be a great place to get great deals - could be a bit slow from the EU warehouse - but always good visbility.
They now use Evri - so forget ever seeing your goods. Why anyone with a brain would use Evri as a carrier is beyond me. Been waiting for days - constant reschedule - will never arrive.

Dreadful service, have had to haggle to get my postage refunded as per their terms and conditions, still no reply, never ordering again !!

Sent me a faulty timberland shoes, i could not tie the laces as the fabric loop was broken..... they went on to grill me like i was a criminal. Had to become a pro photographer because they want every angle of the shoe and box. they make these returns deliberately hard so you end up keeping the crap they sent you... PRIVATESPORTSHOP.COM is just as cheap with less hassle

keep slipping delivery date on my order. Ordered items for Switzerland trip, delivery date keeps moving items will not now arrive until well in to the trip. utter waste of time. customer services stated we have been upfront about the delivery date, my screen shots show otherwise, this is a possible scam and will be cancelling the transaction with my card provider.

Very poor - Constanly slipping dispatch date, customer service advised new date over 1 month after the original dispatch, that has now passed and the order is still shown as still to be fulfiled. The product still listed on the website as possible for dispatch in 2 days - misleading at best!
