Bought the tickets day of the match. Not only did they have a constant communication with me on how the tickets would be delivered but they upgraded me for free and my seats were incredible. You pay a bit of a premium but for foreigners looking for tix this was a terrific way to buy them. Thank you!

Ordered two sets of two tickets for the Euros 2024
Had the first pair for the first game fine
Second game had an email 4hrs before game to say we were not getting them but they could supply if we paid another £675 per ticket
I declined and accepted a refund, had an email to say i would get refund within 5-20 working days
Despite several emails and live chats (they never answer phone number) I just keep getting "we will pass to our financial team"
Still waiting today and its 9th August

We bough tickets for Hungary- Scotland in Stuttgart , and 2 hours before the match they send us an email letting us know that they don't have our tickets.

received the tickets for Scotland Switzerland with 1 day before - which is per their terms but makes the customer nervous of course! - anyway good seats although it was in with the Swiss fans even though the order was for scotland end- because I knew the Swiss fans would be good craic we didnt argue. So they did deliver - so all good.

We bough tickets for Italy - Albania in Dortmund , and 4 hours before the match they send us an email letting us know that they don't have our tickets , 4 hours before the match, so we flew and booked an hotel for nothing !!!

Do not buy tickets from Sport Tickets Office. We were scammed and they do not reply to our e-mails.

Bought Kop stand tickets for Liverpool - Wolves (last game of the season and goodbye of Jurgen Klopp).

We only received our tickets under 1.5hrs before kick-off, which evidently made our experience very stressful. Communication was very unprofessional.

The cherry on top of an overall terrible experience: the tickets that we eventually did receive were "Anfield Road Stand" (cheapest places), and not in the Kop as we had paid for.

2 tickets paid 2600.00.. fantastic tickets pitchside row 2 block143 seat 261 could not have been better, well worth it. drove to london with no tickets but as promised got Eickets at 11.30am kickoff at 15.00
believe me at 2 and a half grand down with no tickets stuck in the traffic on the m1 at luton with my little lad i was sweating it, but they came through, Robert in support top bloke emailed them and responded to all my panic emails, would have been 5 star if got 24 hrs earlier , so buy your tickets will come to you at the last minute.. would i use again, yes i would.

Was super stressful got our tickets only 2 hours before match started. But we trusted the guys and made our way to the stadium and we got them and they worked great. Amazing seats and super easy and helpful guys to deal with. Thanks guy

I was so nervous about getting tickets even 2 hours 20 mins before starting the kick off. It was Tottenham vs Arsenal match so it was the hottest game and hard to get tickets. I had trust on Robert even if I saw all the reviews here . Communication was great and follow up is great so if you expect to get the ticket a few hours before the match and relax little and go to the stadium on the day of the match. I’ll assure that you’ll get it so please don’t be super panic about that like me. I flew all the way from the states, so I would be super disappointed if I didn’t get it but we had great seats and I appreciate Robert and the team. I’m saying is you’ll get it so trust yourself and the process even if it’s so painful and I aged like 5 years so.

Everything went fine, the team was very kind and responsive, we got the tickets on the day of the game (which was a bit scary) but I would recommend them 10/10!

I purchased 3 tickets for the real madrid vs Barcelona game, the tickets were meant to allow us a seating in a decent section which cost us around 550 euros each. We were shocked to learn that our seats were actually in the last rows and completely different from what we purchased. What’s even more frustrating is the customer service representative’s attempt to outsmart us by stating that the tickets were actually an upgrade of what we purchased previously, when clearly they’re not. The tickets amount was clear on the copy itself (175 euros).
We were really disappointed by this outcome and the customer service’s reply and the fact that he blocked me right after the game. This is complete ripoff!!!

I did purchase a ticket for the game between real madrid and barcelona I took the category B ticket they charged me 400 pounds for the ticket and 120 pounds fees and the surprise was that they Gave a 175 euro ticket gate 63 sector 707 row 11. It was a very bad experience. Not recommended and I can provide all the documents

I received the tickets on the day of the match by e-mail. You do not receive the tickets in physical format, but you pay for this service!

Bought two tickets the day before Arsenal-Chelsea, e-tickets received in few hours and everything at the Stadium gone well!

We had a great experience! We ordered tickets on a Thursday for a Monday Premier League game. When Monday arrived, I still hadn't been sent the tickets, but I emailed and got a response immediately with the tickets attached. Robert from Sports Ticket Office even sent an email before kick off to check in that everything was ok with the tickets. All of our seats were together and we had a lovely time.
