Sadly there is an issue with this company. I acknowledge that the LA fires have impacted distribution (only found this out because I emailed), but the problem is there is no communication. It is up to the customer to email repeatedly for updates. I placed my order on the 4th January and was assured after several emails it would be shipped this week. Sadly nothing. My first time ordering direct from this company and incredibly disappointing experience. It looks like I will have to go down the path of PayPal which is disappointing, as I spent a bit and was genuinely excited for my order. For the price paid you expect more and a simple email to all those impacted on why there are delays and giving assurances that there order will be shipped on this date (also actually following through with said date) would have gone a long way.

Worst costumer service ever. I ordered a couple of times from them, and I noticed they could be slow sending orders/answering emails but it’s getting out of control. I placed an order on January 3rd, it was supposed to ship before January 13. It’s January 24 and it still hasn’t shipped. I wrote multiple emails to know what’s happening and NO RESPONSE. That’s honestly shameful considering the pricing. I’m sending a report for fraud to my bank/paypal so that I can at least get my money back.

Placed the order January 3, today is 19, my order hasn’t still been shipped. No reply. Don’t buy from them. Looks like a scam. I’m gonna contact PayPal to cancel the order. Let’s see if I can. Very bad experience

Extremely unprofessional and rude customer service.
I place order on their website for Adidas SL72 Blue/Yellow sneakers in size 11 women. Someone there manipulated my order and sent size 4.5 women. I contacted them but they refused to exchange wrong item. I didn’t ask for refund. Clearly on their website page where you choose size and color and add to basket, states (under line, Returns & Exchange):
-Returns within 14 days of delivery
-Exchange for customers in USA

Design and colors are more or less done but the quality is terrible
If you are really rich - you won’t even look at this brand ..

I purchased a sweatshirt and pants from Sporty & Rich, and after wearing them just a few times, I was extremely disappointed. The fabric quality is terrible—it feels like fake cotton and falls apart quickly. The clothes even leave behind some strange dust, something I’ve never experienced before. For a brand positioned as premium, the materials are shockingly cheap. I strongly advise against wasting your money on this brand.

Have ordered multiple times. Very easy and quick delivery with no hassle. I got my first crew next 4 years ago still wear it everyday and it’s held up. Recently swapped out My alo for their workout stuff - 10/10.

After seeing some negative reviews here, I wanted to share my positive experience with the brand. I’ve bought items from several of their collections this past year, and the quality has been consistently amazing. The Vendome jackets are perfect for fall, and the polo sweatshirts have held up really well even after lots of washes. Recently, I contacted their customer service for help with a return, to refund an item and expedite the rest of my order. They got back to me the same day and handled everything quickly. I am looking forward to buying more great pieces from future drops!

The quality of the Pyjama I ordered is bad, but the customer service is even worse.
I wanted to return my order (SR197807), but for some reason my order won’t show up when filling out the retour forms. I tried getting in to contact with customer service, but all I receive are automatic answers, which are not helpful at all. I regret ordering and wasting 259€

Only echoing what everyone else says - order not shipped over one month from placing, customer care said they’d refund 20%, they didn’t. Still have had order. Sham of a company.

Update: 12 days after the order and still tracking shows as ‘processing’ the order. This company is not taking seriously their customers and the money we are giving them.

I wish I had read the reviews. Placed my order on the 8/4 for express delivery . Still no sign of the order and customer service no where to be seen. Shockingly bad service and website. Never ever again !!

DO NOT BUY FROM SPORTY AND RICH WEBSITE. I ordered a tote bag for $150aud and spend $30 returning it back to the US 2 months ago, returned it 4 days after receiving, it reached the US 3 weeks later and I didn’t receive one confirmation email from them saying they received it. I’ve contact them 5 times and zero response. Absolutely shocking customer service I’m appalled for such a high end company to have such poor communication with their customers. I will never buy from them again.

Weird quality of clothes. When returning, I ended up paying 60 euro of return fees.

Avoid this brand, quality is so bad. They re writing something about their quality - it’s bull6hit. Sizing and cut of clothes is horrible. I won’t give 10€ for it!!! SCAM!!!

Do not buy from sporty and rich website (buy from somewhere like Net-a-Porter or Farfetch that have functioning customer service teams). Had issues with ordering a sweatshirt. Ordered a Medium and was very small (I’m a U.K. 8-10), so ordered a large also and it was exactly the same size! I contacted their customer service team several times and never heard anything back. I ended up returning and had to pay £40 return fees for essentially two faulty products.

Poor quality!

I washed my sweatpants on a delicate program but the whole washingmachine was full of fluff. Really cheap fabric like a Primark pants but 15 times as expensive. I will never order this brand again!

Avoid!! They sent me the wrong shoe size and now they are refusing a return!

Can't vouch for the quality or sizing, as I've received nothing as yet. US customer placed an order for several items of specific co-brand clothing in September. Two weeks later I emailed and two days later was told my order would ship on 9 October. After that passed I sent another email and two days later got an answer that my order would ship on 16 October. After that passed I sent another email (note - they have no customer support phone or chat) and got a shipping notice that part of my order had shipped on the 18th, with no mention of delivery for the final item. Also, delivery will be more than a week, even though I paid for and my order clearly says UPS 2nd Day Air. An email about the extra cost shipping and missing item and - you guessed it - two business days later and I have no answer.

The product may or may not be great, but their service absolutely is horrendous.

Do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs.
Placed the order online on Saturday, got shipping information on Monday. DHL tracking nr they provided was a duplicate from another delivery for Ireland earlier that month and there was no movement on DHL site for 5 days. Sent multiple emails to Sporty&Rich CS and Global E too, no help, no answers. I decided to raise it to Paypal and luckily immediately got my refund. Afterall here comes Sporty&Rich email: we processed your refund, sorry. No explanation what happened, nothing. I am just happy I got my refund so wanted to warn all of you here to stay out of this store!

I got a crew neck and the material is so disappointing, it’s not soft and it’s gets super wrinkled for no reason. The print is nice but other than that not worth the price
