I ordered my daughter's wedding dress. Her requirement was... NOT A WHITE DRESS. She's her own person. She's also tall and curvy. We sent her measurements and had the perfect dress created by you. It was a perfect fit and was the perfect dress!

Contacted them before purchasing to inquire about the dress and they were nice and super fast with their reply!

The delivery was fast and the customer service was great.

Does not fit according to the size. Not quality material.

It has a band in the hem of the dress so that after it is steamed or pressed it will flare out as in the picture!!

The dress was nothing like the picture and the size was all wrong. Totally disappointed

After repeatedly asking for back photos, I never got them. Since the bride wanted one of these dresses, I picked the one that I thought would work best. Customer service was TRYING to help and were very responsive (which I did appreciate). However, even after I shared my hurdles of things I was trying to avoid, and sent measurements for a custom dress, the dress was horrifying. There was NO BACK and it went down past my underwear. It was indecent to wear to a family event. I was mortified. I had to buy a completely different dress from another company. Wasted $200 and lots of time.

Our dress arrived on time. It was exactly like the picture. The customer service was great. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. We had a custom made dress and it fit perfectly.

Dress came from china so nearly impossible to return. Didn’t fit well. Seemed to be made cheaply. The material was very heavy scratchy and completely uncomfortable. The straps were the worst and other people mentioned that but I thought no big deal I can get it altered but because of how scratchy it felt I didn’t even bother I sold it on Facebook.

Wasn’t impressed with the quality of the material and wasn’t able to return paying for everything

I purchased a dress from Sposa for my daughter for prom—unfortunately, the dress was too large. Not to mention, the quality looked nothing like the photos show. On the 12th day after receiving it, I reached out to place a return for this unaltered dress, tags still on, and was told we’d already passed the SEVEN-DAY window to REQUEST a return—even though we’re STILL w/in the 14 day return shipping window. It’s a COMPLETE scam. I’ve never known a place to give you seven days to make a return. Bottom line—don’t do it!

The dress came out gorgeous! I love the lace and the train, the quality of the fabric! Thank you so much!

The dress was waayyy too long. Emailed them - they offered a 50.00 credit for over 200.00 in alterations. Said no, you have a money back guarantee, they said ship it back and they will refund me less 10% - shipping was over 300.00 to return (yeah, they don't cover shipping or send you a prepaid label - they forgot to mention that part in their "money back guarantee " - Reported them as FRAUD to mt CC company. Complete SCAM!
