I wish I could give them 0 Stars, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
When I tell you this company is so trash. Me and my fellow bridesmaids all picked a style from their collection (Style A) in accordance with my very good friend's wedding color set selected. We put it in with our measurements as instructed in a great amount of time that left at least a month of grace period, just incase of alterations. What came in was such a travesty i couldn't believe it. My measurements fell within the Large size group, what i received was this warped misshapen dress that looked nothing like the design i picked. All of the colors were different than each other and the so called pleats that it was supposed to have was shakenly as well as loosely sewn on to the front of this dress looked like just creased fabric cheaply added. See pictures. I couldn't believe they thought this picture matched.If you couldn't make the dress just don't put the style up there. But luckily we just ordered from fashionnova and they got us right every time with the Same Large measurements.

Before ordering I was able to talk with Jane a customer service representative who helped me mix and match 3 different dresses to get exactly the styles I wanted for my bridesmaids.
Jane also spent a ton of time with me trying to sort out colour swatches. To ensure I got the right color. When the dresses arrived they were beautiful however one dress was made incorrectly. It came as a one piece and my bridesmaid wanted it into pieces. I contacted Jane right away and she stated that she would have a new dress made for me within 20 days.
