oversized vehicle for parking garage

my vehicle was going to be too big for the garage parking. Customer service listened and found me another location close to the venue in minutes. Very friendly and knowledgeable! I would definitely use again.

Great access to our favorite activity…

Great access to our favorite activity in Seattle T-Mobile park and the Mariners. Safe place. Easy exit access for both major interstates. The attendants are very patient and helpful. Appreciate the price as well. If you plan ahead it’s no more expensive than parking even up to a mile away and walking.

Reservation assistance

There was kind of a long time om hold, but once the agent came on the line he was able to quickly make a reservation for me. I had tried to do it myself online, but the form would not allow me to Change Payment fom the default Google Pay to a credit card. Do he just did it from his end.

Lack of Transparency and Fuel Theft Concerns at JFK Parking

We had a very disappointing experience using SpotHero at JFK Airport. We parked our SUV for four days, and right from the start, things were not as advertised. There was no mention during booking that the service required valet parking, so we were surprised to be asked to leave our keys with the attendant.
Even more concerning, we left our vehicle with about three-quarters of a tank of gas, and when we picked it up, it was down to less than a quarter tank. Our SUV requires premium fuel, and it’s clear that a significant amount of gas was used without our permission.
This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about trust and accountability. We feel that our vehicle was mishandled, and the lack of transparency makes this an unreliable service. Overall, we are extremely disappointed and upset with this experience and would not recommend it to others.

Latest changes are super disappointing

Latest changes are super disappointing. No longer the ability to cancel if this a parking lot fault! If the parking is full, how is it my fault?!
No longer the ability to extend time.
User experience is worse. Than it used to be.

We missed our event.

The lot we had a reservation for was full when we arrived. By the time we were connected to a customer service representative it was too late for us to be redirected to another option. We traveled over 40 miles and over an hour in round trip and missed our event.

Not the resolution I expected

This wasn't resolved the way I thought it would be. I provided details about my PayPal payment, I was expecting a refund to my PayPal account. I don't use SpotHero often enough (I shop and park outside Center City Philadelphia - I can park for free) for a SpotHero credit and I don't want to run into the same issue I did March 14 and not be able to park after I've paid for a spot.

The customer service helper was…amazing!

The customer service helper was extremely helpful. He listened to the problem, explained the reason, canceled the parking order and confirmed by email the cancellation. Then he worked with me to find a garage that met my needs, reserved the space and verified with me that I received email records of all the transactions before ending the call.

Ethan is My SpotHERO of the Year

The customer service representative is what made my experience the best it could be. I gave Ethan very little insight as to how urgent my call was last Sunday. The garage where I park changed the security gate access padlock combination and didn't send notice. A very close friend for whom I hold Power of Attorney for Healthcare suffered what presented as a stroke while working. I received a call from the paramedics as they were taking him to the hospital, asking that I meet them there. I rushed to the garage and yes, you guessed it, could not open the gate. Called the customer service number and was connected to Ethan. While he placed me on hold to track down the info, I somehow disconnected our call. Before I could call Ethan back, he had emailed and left a voicemail with the updated info. Ran back to the garage and click, I was in. I arrived about 5 minutes after the ambulance transporting my friend. Turned out he did not suffer a stroke and he is home and recovering. I am truly grateful to Ethan for doing everything right and will never be able to thank him enough.
