Great concept!!
The card is super easy to set up. I did have a question about clearing the information on a card I had set up. I contacted customer service and Josh was able to walk me through the process. Great product and now I'm ready for my vacation!

Slight of photo trick! Is only 1 when photo shows 2!
First, I just got my order. Have not tested it at all, and will follow up with this review when I do finish testing. Felt it was important to get my first impression out ASAP. The 1st thing you should know is that the picture showing 2 magnetic chargers is actually only 1! I feel slighted, and am a bit mad. My fault for not reading every bit of the print, but I also feel the company pulled a fast one! Stand by as I now test the cards

The features AirTag missed out on
Great form factor! Super easy to hide in wallets, notebooks, and the Qi rechargeable battery is pure genius. This takes the concept of an air tag and improves on it with a better size, shape and no disposable battery. I was impressed by how loud the chirp is too! I bought one for me and two for my wife!

Best tracking card, period! Saved the day on my first trip. I noticed my bag never made it of baggage staging area. Before they closed the door I brought it to a fight attendant and she contacted the ramp attendant who found it and got it safely into the baggage cargo area!!!

Sterling performance by an exception individual
I discovered right after placing an order that the card I had used had an old and wrong delivery address. I sent an e-mail hoping to cancel the order but as it was near midnight I was not expecting a response. To my surprise, I quickly heard back from Marla, who followed up with logistics and was able to claw back the order and obtained a refund for me over the weekend. Her diligent efforts made all the difference and I am very grateful. Kudos to her and those who worked with her.

Great tracker
I just traveled out of the country and felt very safe with a spot minder in my backpack, one in my carry-on, and one in my fanny pack. They are so easy to pack and so concealable. I’m seriously going to order more for gifts, but most likely keep them for myself.

Excellent multi use item!
I just think they work fantastic so far, they hold their charge very well. The cards are almost indestructible. The new ones I just got for the rest of family including college grandkids have not been set up yet, but I’m sure that’ll work just fine! I have not tried the free charger yet since my magnetic iPhone charger works just fine.
