Ordered the after market exhaust for ducati V4 really impressed with service from Spot model and the quality of the exhaust 10/10.

SpotModel are a reliable and genuine company with a very extensive range of kits, aftermarket parts and paints.
I have used them for many years so I speak from my own experiences.
Unfortunately since the UK left the union it has clearly become non viable to use them for larger purchases.
I ordered 1 kit , some after market wheels and some tobacco sponsor decals . I paid their postage as required.
A while after the parcel being sent I received a bill from customs stating that there was almost £17-00 tax to pay before the post office would release it for delivery so in all the postage paid to spotmodel plus the tax added up to almost £24.00, rather a large amount considering I can purchase from Japan and pay less than that for postage and delivery .

These guys deliver what they promise. Exellent and responsive communication. They have good selection of medium scale cars and additional parts.
Their website is informative and has some specials.
I have been their regular customer for few years already and can tell that their deliveries are well packed and fast.

If you’re looking for model car accessories, this is a great place to start looking! I feel stupid entering this here, because many times I found an after market set here, that wasn’t available anywhere else. So if more people buy here, I will be shooting myself in the foot with this review :-D
But.. they are so client oriented and correct, I want to help them with their business.
The website is extensive, but it is always clear if something is on stock or not. Prices are reasonable and don’t go up if some item is hard to get. Deliveries are well packed and always with a kind handwritten note on the packing sheet. It’s just that extra little bit of attention everybody would want from a supplier.
I’ve never been disappointed by them and I’ve been ordering from them for more than 5 years now.

Great service even if you live in the UK. Everything I’ve ordered from them so far has been well packaged and they seem to have a great selection of paints, aftermarket decals and the greatest range of spare parts for tamiya models that I’ve ever seen.
