I'd give it a zero if I could. We truly thought this company would be good for us to use, it's been a nightmare. The sales rep was in my business multiple times prior to signing, and emails too, now he is unwilling to even provide us with a phone number for issues we are having. The customer service is even worse, promising callbacks that never happen, unaware of what the product can do and what it does ,and they will lie to you without a concern about it. They set up our banking information incorrectly and try to blame it on us, DoorDash app is awful, took us days to get things set-up part way, no help from company that promised "white glove" service, nope. Basically they tell you to kiss their ass. I wish I stayed with Square, had this thing online 3 days and it is horrible, freezes up, crashes, won't take credit cards, multiple re-boots of system, free isn't free, wish they'd take this thing back without a fee, train your rep and your people, and correct what seems to issues many are having .

Overall good system and good customer service as long as your system doesn’t go down during business hours, they will guide you through the phone how to fix it and this could take 3 hours, then “sorry” for the trouble that’s all.

Spoton is the worst credit card company. I have a customer that wants to pay me to pay a large amount for my business on a credit card and they rejected the charge after I told that it was legitimate and authorized. Also it took them 3 days to respond. How am I supposed to do business like that. I look like an idiot to my customer. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER.
