I have been with Spoton for 7years and decided to leave because they are irresponsible and have 0 support. Got charged $1000 from them, i checked with my bank and it come from the same account which deposit money to my account every month and all they answered was they didn’t know what is going and gave me bunch of different numbers to call and try to figure it out by myself. Dont sign up if you dont want to loose your money for no reason

Krystle Simms is an amazing account manager!! With us having five locations she’s been amazing since becoming our account manager. Krystle is always available to assist with BOH, Reports, Dashboard, Loyalty and I’m sure a few other things I’m not naming that she’s helped us with. If she’s not readily available she makes the effort to reach out and handles the issue in a timely manner.

If only there were negative stars.
The programming is clumsy and not easy to navigate.
The "customizations" are useful...when they work.
We were overcharged for more than a year for services we never received.
You cannot perform refunds *at all* on the same day of service...what???
The list of issues is too numerous to iterate here. When I finally had the opportunity to discuss them with a "department head", I was basically told that I am either lazy, stupid, or both.
I would rather use a pencil and paper and Venmo than deal with these people.
