I can’t say enough good things about Spot On! Their service has been amazing from the start — super easy to sign up, clear coverage options, and no confusing fine print.

At the very end of my 1st year of being insured with Spot On my poor boy Bobby died suddenly from bone cancer. Spot On made the claim very easy, a quick on-line form then they send it to the vets. A couple of questions were e-mailed to me and then the claim was settled and paid and the renewal was automatically cancelled. It felt like there was a well thought out process in place to deal with this outcome, which I appreciated.

My claim was examined quickly and accepted within a few days only. It only took a few minutes to submit my claim and the process was very straightforward and easy to understand. I had a call from the insurance the day after submitting my claim to confirm some details and the lady on the phone was very friendly.

To clarify, unfortunately we could not cover the out-of-hours consultation surcharge amount exceeding that of a standard consultation fee on this occasion. We do still cover all out-of-hours treatment, but we cap the consultation charge if a pet could have presented during regular surgery hours.

After the trauma of our beautiful cat being shot and numerous vet visits. I then submitted the dreaded claim. Spot On were excellent in dealing with it swiftly and hassle free in just a couple of days. Claim dealt with quickly, query on admin resolved within a few minutes. It was the vets error on their records, but resolved without any drama, or effect on the claim.
