I have been using Spourgitis for my transfers from Greece to Finland, and I have never had the slightest problem. Starting with the basics, i.e. the friendly, polite and accommodating personnel, always willing to explain accurately and in detail the process, and concluding with the punctual delivery of the goods intact, professionally packed and in excellent condition, Spourgitis offers the highest level of customer experience.
Your partner in Larissa needs to work a little bit on their manners, but it's ok overall, I suppose :)
