huge disappointment
I have been collaborating with Spourgitis for almost 17 years. I was always happy with them, but this last collaboration was more than disappointing. Half of my packets arrived totaly crashed, open and with some items missing. My printer was completely destroyed and my 12 puzzles came in an open packet, all with pieces missing. They promised to examine tha case and give me a refund, but they never came back to me.

We would also like to apologize for the delay in completing the process. As is often the case when insurance providers are involved, delays may occur that are beyond our control or intention. In this particular case, we were awaiting the final decision from the insurance company.
However, the process has now been completed and the accounting department has proceeded with the payment of the compensation.

17lt Olive oil to Canada
I recently sent 17lt of olive oil from Athens to Canada.
Sourgitis service was exceptional, couldn't be better.
They picked up the oil, packed it according to Canadian requirements and arrived to its destination in a few days without any issues.

Excellent Customer Service
I recently had a parcel issue with Spourgitis, but I’m truly impressed by the way it was handled. From the start, the customer service team—especially the ladies I spoke with—were incredibly helpful and polite. One lady in particular, who was assigned to my case, went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and professionally. She kept me informed throughout and made the whole experience much less stressful.It's rare to find such attentive and respectful service, especially during a problem, so I really appreciate the way they managed the situation. Thank you for turning what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive on! I would definitely reccomend them :)
