Spraytex were really good from start to finish. They responded quickly to an enquiry. A quote was swiftly produced using photos supplied by me and also satellite imaging etc. The quote was comprehensive and easy to understand. The price was competitive. A deal was agreed and the lead time was very reasonable (3 weeks). Prior to the date I was contacted by the team doing the job who confirmed the day and date, they turned up and did a great job within the stated time frame, chopping out failed render, repairing with a fibre mix and refinishing with the textured spray on paint. This firm actually do want your business and seem keen to supply a good quality service and product in good time at the right price. Couldn't be more pleased with the way it went.

This company are very professional. The service from initial conversations to conception was easy to understand and backed up by many positive previous customer reviews. we were able to see photographs of many completed projects that enabled us to review all the colour choices. We especially liked the new Covid risk free teams video presentations. A very good company that obviously have many many years of experience in this industry.

Brilliant service from start to finish. The company rang me after I listed the job requirement. After explaining what I wanted and sending photos of the house they came back super quick with a full and comprehensive quote with a video showing before and after pictures of previous work. And a full explanation of the work that would be carried out.
The on site team came and carried out the prep work within a week of the acceptance of the quote. A few weeks later they have come back and completed the work within the time frames given.
The on site team of Mick and Jason were very polite and professional. They left the site clean and tidy with a very happy customer.

Spraytex carried out a full re-render to our bungalow. From start to finish, everything was handled very professionally. A number of complications related to our bungalow were overcome by the tradesmen, who also had to handle Lancashire weather in late October / early November, without complaint. The final result is very satisfactory indeed and we would not hesitate to recommend Spraytex. It's not cheap, but we genuinely felt we got value for money and are enjoying our new house (from the outside anyway!)

My house looks like a new property now! The guys worked hard and finished in the allocated time. I was pleased I didn't need to have all my current render removed as it saved a lot if money by repairing it instead and then placing the coats on top which gives me a 15 year guarantee. Very happy with the work and the new look! Thank you

Had Spraytex round to render and spray the full. Length of my garden wall. I cannot recommend this company enough. Great guys, fantastic finish. Had a few quotes and did a lot of research before giving the job to spraytex and I'm so glad I did. Would highly recommend from the office staff to the guys doing the work a 5 star service. Would highly recommend this company..... my neighbours keep asking me who did it.... I'll pass your number on to all.

Here's some comments.
Great quoting.
Not the best communication from then onwards.
The first workman never contacted me.
The second workman didn't finish the prep work, but still demanded payment.
The spraying wasn't done very carefully.
They then came back a further four times to rectify it.
A couple of times they didn't turn up at all.
They never turned up on time.
Their excuses were poor.
I contacted Spraytex, but they didn't get back to me.
This is my honest review. It should have been a straight forward job, but the process was far from it.
Overall I'm disappointed by the whole experience.

Jason has just finished my bungalow and I’m thrilled. He kept me informed of each stage and was very efficient. He arrived early and the small amount of mess was cleared up before he left. He offered advice and was able to answer all my questions. Thank you Jason

Spraytex Exteriors came to our property in June this year. The initial contact with Val and the quote was professional, however after that it all went downhill with a series of problems.
- Despite me informing them scaffolding would be required, the team initially tried to carry out the works to my three storey house off a ladder. I was told that despite this being unsafe and impossible to reach the top floor they didn't budget for scaffolding, Organising the scaffolding mid works then caused a 3 week delay.
- The surface was not properly prepared, the house was merely pressure washed to remove salt and loose render but no other preparation was carried out.
- Where rust marks were coming through the old render I was told that they wouldn't remove this despite being asked to.
- There were areas where the new render was falling off once applied.
- There were also areas these were still not coated by undercoat or topcoat and the old yellow was (and in some places still is) clearly visible.
- The guttering hadn’t been protected so was sprayed grey.
- To top it all off the final finish is streaky. On both the FRONT & BACK of the house

Prior to finishing the works and it being checked the works manager pressured me to sign off the work as complete, complaining he wouldn’t get paid unless I signed it. This was grudgingly done with the written note that the team were still working
The contract manager Jimmy Lockwood also pressured me for full payment that day despite it not fully completed.
Finally Despite me sending photos texting leaving voicemails and writing to him regarding the stripes and yellow spots on the front of the house Jimmy is still ignoring my calls and emails.

I am still waiting 3 months later for this to be done.

Can't fault Jason and the team of installers or Val and the quoting procedure. Quick turn around, great work and very reasonable price. The house looks great! Thanks guys
