I am very happy with the Spraytex experience on my house. It began with Allan the Estimating Manager, who was able to give me an in depth opinion of the work required from my photos, from Streetview maps, and from my information during our phone conversation. He reassured me that the cracks should be able to be repaired, patched and surface covered, rather than having to remove the whole lot and start again. He gave me plenty of advice about the products used, and the quote was a reasonable price (I had others to compare with)
Then Jim the project manager was in touch with a start date.
Luckily the local team were actually able to start early due to a cancellation; Owen and Jason came when they said they would, were very considerate with my property and local conditions, and did a lovely job. They were polite, friendly, clean and tidy. I am so pleased to have gone from having the worst looking house on the street to the best!
I would definitely recommend Spraytex.

We had our full house rendered in medium Moon Stone and couldn’t be happier with the finish and Barry & Josh, that did the work were friendly, reliable and listened and addressed any issues we flagged. As we were having our guttering replaced at the same time the teams communicated and coordinated their work together well so impressed all round. Thankyou.

They have just finished our house today in Pudsey and we are really happy with the work! The two guys, Andy and Matthew, are complete professionals and have done a brilliant job. They take great pride in their work and cleaned up after themselves every day they were here - work ethics you don’t see often enough these days, sadly. Can not recommend these guys enough, bloody brilliant! Thank you from us both 😊

I used Spraytex to patch, repair & re-render my bungalow recently as I was impressed by their sales pitch & reasonable quote for the job. The team, Andy & Mathew who carried out the work were very friendly, helpful & did an excellent very professional job overall. They also kept me well informed of each stage of the work in progress.
The only slight clinch I found were white paint marks were left on my patio area after they had cleared everything up. Unfortunately as I had to go out left them to finish clearing up the groundsheets etc., so did not see this at the time. As I had just had my patio pressure-washed before they started the job I was a bit disappointed to find white paint marks dotted over the patio area. Hopefully the rain will wash them away?!

I would recommend Spraytex - honest people, straightforward and appear to have done a good job in fixing the rendering to my property. I cannot give them a 5 for a few reasons:

1. Having asked a few times for a start date to be confirmed - and requesting prior notification so that I could organise for some trellis and a satellite dish to be removed, I just received a phone call one day out of the blue saying “we can come tomorrow”. One the one hand that’s fine - on the other as a customer, not helpful; especially as it’s the opposite of my polite request
2. On day two of the work, I was called by the central office to arrange the start date... It clearly just one of those things and they were very polite about it, but not the most professional
3. Guttering was ill-fitted - the t-junction popped out the day after they left. I called them and to be fair they came back promptly the next day to fix it which was great. What annoyed me to be honest is that they came over the back wall, in the garden to repair it; this was despite me confirming (the day before) that I’d be in all day. I was in all day and there was no knock at the door, no phone call, just a voice Mail to say it’s fixed and that they’d jumped the wall to do it. I guess this was because they didn’t want to trouble me, but I founding impolite and a bit much. It also didn’t allow me to discuss the angel of the down pipe, which to be honest is still not straight and I question if it puts some strain on the joint but as I have an older property, I won’t notice it really.

On a more positive note, the men that came were very friendly, efficient, polite and did good work - the end result looks very smart. The quotation was good and the process of quoting, impressively thorough compared to other suppliers. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and kind and that - in my view - along with the quality of the work, is what really counts; and on this basis I would recommend them; indeed I may use them again for a few patches at the front of our home in the future. If they could just tighten up a bit on their customer liaison and communication, it would be a 5.

Overall a good experience with this company and really happy with the work now it is complete. The only issue was a slight lack of communication as although I was aware of the timescales for the work to be complete, I would have liked a two-weekly update to explain roughly when the work was expected to start. I work as a complaint handler for a different company and just judge communication as crucial for customer service. Other than that, the price and work is very good. Thanks

We had the sides and part of the back of our cottage renewed. Very pleased with the standard and efficiency of work and really great looking job, done over 5 days, interrupted only be some cold weather. The 3 man team were hard working, highly professional and tidy, and amenable to keeping us posted on progress. The admin side of things was very straightforward and transparent. Completed the rendering on my extension and very happy with the finish/work. They were a little late arriving due to the freezing weather which can't be helped but kept in regular contact to tell me what was going on. 15 year guarantee was delivered a few days after completion so no worries going forward. Happy to recommend them and already had a neighbor asking for their number.

I found them to be professional from the very 1st contact until the final call after the work was completed. The rendering looks fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone.

Its like I have a new house! Very happy with the finish on my property. Had everything carried out by the installers who were very good and explained everything as they went along. The ordring process was carried out via video proposals, phone calls, email and whatsapp due to Covid and it couldnt have been easier. I chose chalk white as the colour and my neighbours are now also lookint to have it done, Excellent job. Thank you, Sarah
