Excellent Customer Service

Slight issue with the product but that was to do with Royal Mail and the supplier and not Kniv/Springfields. Hayley went above and beyond with excellent customer service and all is sorted. Will definitely use again and highly recommend. Thankyou guys and Merry Christmas

Avoid at all costs !! Refusing to refund

Avoid at all costs !!! Ordered paid received tracking , parcel even been dropped off 3 days later as they told me . Since then no update on parcel , says just Royal Mail got it , no further update nothing . Contacted Springfield been told to wait serval dates before the issue a refund or send replacement. Contacted them again and no they refuse to refund me or send replacement!!! Absolutely scamming people off. This was a present for today! They told me I should wait another 14 days , excuse me 14 days that’s an absolutely joke . And if I want to open a case on PayPal this will take 14days as well !
Absolutely shocking customer service, doesn’t take care . Stated clearly that parcel had been lost . So no present for today and out of money
