My experience with this company was very good. The item was delivered as confirmed and in the time quoted.

The Windermere bird table was disappointing. In spite of careful assembly the table top was very wobbly and required manufacture of additional supporting blocks. One of the pre-drilled screw holes contained a broken drill bit or screw. The feet were not even and needed modification. Not good value for money.

Parcel arrived, well packed in sturdy box. The house is beautifully made & I am really thrilled with it. Set it up in a quite corner of my garden, all I need is Spike to move in. Would really recommend this house!!

I bought a recommended hedgehog house from this site. It arrived promptly and is beautifully made. I loved it, filled it with straw and moved it into a sheltered place in the garden. It was inhabited within 48 hours so we're both content!!!

We ordered this particular Hedgehog House because it is recommended by a very fine Hedgehog Rescue Charity - Hedgehog Cabin - and it is robust, waterproof, very well made, has all requirements such as allowing condensation to evaporate, correct length tunnel to deter predators, good sized hibernating chamber etc etc. We have set it up as shown by the video from Hedgehog Cabin’s website and now all we can do is wait and hope…but no peeking until next spring or we risk disturbing a hedgie if one decides to use the house, so no looking inside until hibernation season is over. Fingers crossed.

Delivery was a little later than stated but not too much, well worth it and the money, the bird table is huge and absolutely gorgeous! So happy with it!

Bird table arrived safely. Assembly took a while but all done. Up in garden last week, robin has been seen twice. Hopefully other little birds will find it soon.

It was not as easy to screw together as it is in the video.
But when it is assembled it looks a really sturdy bird table.
Am pleased with it.
