Poor quality almost a DIY kit
Ordered a bird table, took 4 weeks to arrive, just a box of bits, more of a DIY kit than expected. Two of the components had holes drilled incorrectly causing 30mm screw to go through leaving an exposed point! Two 40mm screws missing. Overall it feels flimsy less robust than suggested. As it took so long to arrive, I ordered one from elsewhere which arrived in two boxes all assembled apart from attaching top to stand, far superior quality. This one is so poor I wonder whether an apprentice/stand in made the components!! I'm not expecting it to last long.

Looks very nice
The ordering was easy, I ordered around Christmas and wasn't expecting delivery until after New year. I had one email to say roughly when to expect the item, I phoned the company and my item was just being finished and packed. Was given a new delivery date and it arrived on time.
The product is large (I didn't look at dimensions when ordering). It looks lovely but there are a couple of rough edges which I wasn't expecting, nothing that can't be sanded. All in all, I am quite happy with it. I will have to move a couple plants to fit it in, am looking forward to see the first hungry hogs using their new diner. 🦔

Hedgehog House
The hedgehog house arrived promptly and I'm very pleased with it. It's the one recommended by lots of the various hedgehog rescues. I hope the hedgehogs agree.
