I have bought 2 feeding stations and a hedgehog house they are brilliant

Review your delivery company to a better company who will deliver satisfaction

I ordered wooden hedgehog Feeding Stations with tunnels. Items arrived about seven days after ordering. The items are very well made, and should last for years. At the moment I'm trying to persuade the hedgehogs to enter the FS further than the entrance corridors. The FS may smell new. I may drill some holes into the sides, just under the roof to allow some light in. That may give the hedgie some more confidence.

I ordered a beautiful Echoes bird bath as a birthday gift, unfortunately it arrived broken.
Customer services were quick to respond and a replacement was sent and arrived the following day and intact.
It's now in pride of place in my mother in laws garden, she loves it.

The item was delivered in a very reasonable time, and was carefully and securely packed.
I purchased the bird bath/drinker to replace my bird bath/drinker, which I believed had started leaking. In fact, it's not leaking, so, I haven't actually seen the bird bath yet, as it is still in it's primary packaging.
It feels nice and hefty though, and it certainly looked good pictured, so I'm more than hopeful that it will prove to be an excellent buy. I have to say, it feels good to have it as a ready and most acceptable replacement

I was disappointed this time I ordered from them, last time they immediately told me there would be a delay on my order due to stock issues and gave me the opportunity to cancel if I wanted (which I declined) However, this time I hadn't had any despatch info for 6 days after the order so I emailed to find out what was happening and received a rather curt reply telling me it would be despatched in 3 days time with no explanation or apology for the delay.

Very happy with ease of ordering online and delivery was as stated. Well packaged with recyclable materials and item arrived with no breakage. The item itself is just as pictured and looks great in my garden- very pleased with it.
