Received our lovely and beautifully made bird table 2 weeks ago. Easy to assemble. This is great for the small birds to eat. We have a lot of 'nuisance' birds around us so this is just what we wanted. Very pleased.

Great to have their Hedgehog food back in production. I have tried many other Hedgehog foods and in my opinion this is the best as it has a very high meat content and the small kibble size is good for small hedgehogs. I certainly noticed a drop off in Hog numbers whilst I had to use other foods. With this food back on the menu the hedgehogs are certainly back in numbers.

I ordered a Woodcraft Safe Haven Slate Roof Bird Table.
I opened it and found that,
"THE ROOF IS NOT SLATE"
It's plastic and clay according to Spring Garden And Home. Which I learned after emailing them, to inform them that the roof is plastic.
However, I love the bird table and so do the birds in my garden.
So overall I am happy with the Woodcraft Safe Haven Plastic Roof Bird Table.
I would have given 5 stars had the roof been slate.

The hedgehog feeding station is substantial and seems well made. Does the job well!

Really good quality item . Solid and well made

Purchased the Hedgehog feeding station. Its large and well made but it is NOT cat proof. My cat (a large Ragdoll) has no problem getting in. Very disappointed. It’s not cheap and to make it cat proof I would have to buy the 2 tunnels at an additional cost of £50! The station should be cat proof in the 1st place and not expect customer to pay extra to actually make it cat proof. I contacted the store, sent them a video of my cat in the station and they were not helpful at all. I also have the hibernation shelter and my cat was probably able to snoop in there as well!! Left a review on the store website but the store owner restricts freedom of speech and only allows favourable reviews! Won’t be buying from them again.

I ordered some solar lights for the garden but when they arrived they were considerably different from the photos on the website.
I contacted customer service and they were so helpful and understanding.
They organised a courier to collect them and within 24 hours they have refunded me.

Excellent service for a superb product. I bought the Riverside Hedgehog House first which is amazing. Keeps all predators out, even a badger. I then added a smaller one The Riverside Eco Hedgehog house I use as a feeding station. Arrived the next day.!!!!!!!! What super service. Thank you.😆😆😆😆😆😆
