The worst service EVER. But the company is consistent. Their communication is equally terrible. I think that the retailers using their service will pay a price as people choose more reliable delivery. It is December 28. My order was placed Dec 10 ( a 5-7 day delivery promise) and I continue to wait. Only communication is that my goods were at the sorting depot Dec 14. They only left the depot (200 miles away on a major highway) on the 23. I am waiting. Do not purchase from retailers that employ this logistics firm.

Having read many negative comments about this carrier, I thought I would counterbalance with my very happy/positive experience. After ordering an item, the seller sent me a confirmation email which stated that I could expect the item on DEC 28, which upset me greatly because the item was a Christmas gift. But the shipping notices started coming through and it was an hour away from my home on Friday, Dec 19. Today is Monday, December 21, and the package arrived shortly after noon, one week before the seller promised that it would be here. So a big Santa hug to Sprintstar and all the people involved in making this parcel move. It will make someone very happy this Christmas Day!

Similar to the previous reviews I had my package returned to sender TWICE after a single delivery attempt. The driver was obviously too lazy to look for my apartment door so just sent it back. There’s no phone number and their contact form doesn’t work so there’s no way to get ahold of them.

This company is HORRIBLE. My order from the US was sent back ... said my address was undeliverable and that they phoned me. NOT!!! They never phoned, I never got my parcel and there isn't a phone number or email address to complain/talk to.

I’m very upset right now. I bought $300 in perfume from fragrance X and this company delivered my package and left it in main lobby where everyone can see it and take it. Now I’m having the push around to get a refund. This is very disappointing.

Package was supposed to be delivered a week ago. Tracking has not been updated in 10 days; claims it is still in transit. Based on other terrible reviews, I'm worried its never going to show up.

I placed an order with Overstock.ca which was delivered by Sprintstar. The delivery person dumped it at the front door on a bench in plain view instead of using common sense and tucking it in the corner of the porch and most significantly did not knock (someone was in fact home all day). I see from the photo that it was placed high on a bench in plain view for anyone to see and take or be blown away when there were high winds that day. This is terrible service. Overstock won't do anything and now I am out $107!

At least you got your package from NFLshops. I was supposed to receive mine November 25th and I'm still waiting. Clowns is better word to describe the service at Sprintstar. This is the 2nd package in 4 years that I didn't receive They tell me they never received it when it entered Canada November 14th, was sent on the15th from Burlington ON to Calgary AB. Must have someone walking it from ON to AB. What a joke.

Legit so stupid, they left the package at my door at 8pm without ringing it, thank god i checked the status later because if not it could have easily been stolen if left there overnight. If it did get stolen and I complained they would just point out they have a picture of the delivery being as proof and done nothing. So sad that nflshop uses sprinstar

Can I give zero stars? I have been home all day. My door has a doorbell... yet, at 2:26pm suddenly my package is marked as "delivery attempted- no answer". Now I have to go pick up my package at a connivence store 20 minutes away. If I really was not home, I would have no complaints, but how can you say delivery was attempted when it never was? Complete laziness.

I got 3 hours notice that the package would be delivered that day, two days earlier than what the tracking app showed. I wasn't home. They emailed me a photo of the package leaning against my unlocked front porch door, in full view of a busy street. I emailed a neighbour to retrieve it, but it had already been stolen. Usually, delivery drivers leave packages inside the porch or at the side door. Sprintstar (Apple Express) is a very unprofessional organization. No phone number to call and their website is useless. Fortunately, my credit card company cancelled the transaction and I got my money back.

They could not 'find' my workplace. An 88000 square foot building which has been open for 5 years. Only 1 entrance . A sports complex. How can you miss it? The address given was exact. Lazy, lazy delivery guy. Now my items have been shipped back to Fanatics sports. I just demanded a refund. What makes me think this lousy company will get it right the next time. Worst company ever. You can't even call them. They just send you an email saying your items are returned. What a waste of money and time. They don't have the balls to give us a phone number to contact them....I'd be embarrassed.

If it could be 0 I would. They said they delivered my parcel today and then sent me a picture of the parcel and the door. It’s not even close to what my door looks like!! 😡 then you can even get in touch with them by phone. And NO ONE response to your email

Much like everyone else, my package was never delivered, never even attempted even though it says delivered. I've never seen a "sprintstar" labeled vehicle in my city even. I really do think this may be a scam, stores also need to start looking at reviews before choosing to send their packages with.

Don’t trust them to deliver an empty box let alone your parcel! Very upset that Amazon is working with them! My package was delivered to a street near me with the same house number. It was only through deduction and local knowledge that I found it and ended up inconveniencing my neighbour who had opened up a private and embarrassing parcel. I would sooner they contact me to clarify instead of just guessing that I don’t know the name of the street I live on and delivering it to the next one over. It is only because I have a great photographic memory and knew there was a property with the same number nearby that I ended up getting my parce! 15 minutes of my time wasted because of this company‘s feckless assumption.

If I could rate them a zero I would. I was supposed to have a package delivered yesterday and it never came, so today I checked the tracking and it said attempted delivery, tried to call customer with no response. So today I get a knock on my door and the delivery driver starts tearing into me because my name is not on the buzzer box (the rental group never added it as it is being replaced) and he had to come back which wastes his time. The kicker is that he never called yesterday, I double checked my call logs because I was at home when the delivery was attempted. If he actually did his job and called I would have let him into the building right away, instead I get yelled at because he lied and said he called when he never did!

Despite the prompt replies from the customer service end; I am incredibly frustrated with Spintstar. My package was delivered to an incorrect address, and the customer service I received was incredibly unhelpful and essentially useless. I provided numerous photos of emails for proof to them that they delivered my package incorrectly and was basically told that it was not their fault despite the photo attached in the proof of delivery was not my house, and I think I would know what the outside of my house looks like. This issue was not resolved or rectified by any means and I am genuinely dissatisfied and upset by the lack of care or concern.

Ordered a cable from Amazon and they used this crap company to do the delivery. The delivery guy didn't check where the front door is and just threw the package to an abandoned door that couldn't open at all. How lazy and ignorance is the delivery person? The houses around that area don't have the front door on that main street, they are all at the back.

this company must be shut down right now. just leaving packages whereever they like. fake delivering. costing thousands.

My parcel has been returned and the delivery guy hasn’t even called me. They don’t even have a customer service department so it’s becoming impossible for me to connect to them.
