Landmark / Sprintstar Awful Service

Just like everybody else, I would put 0 if possible. Samething,I was wondering were my shipment was. I went on their tracking page and I saw could not be delivered due to unsafe drop. It is really funny since with Covid, my wife and I are working from home with our office directly in front of the house. In addition, my son was playing basket outside after school. No delivery sticker notice or call were made. Therefore, I would even go by assuming that no attempt was even made to deliver the package. And as per all comments here, no phone number available for either Sprintstar ou Landmark. Very very bad service. I bought my stuff from NBA store website and unfortunately, this is bad reputation for them.

If I could give them 0 stars I would

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered some stuff online and my items were shipped in two separate packages, both shipped trough Landmark Global. One was delivered directly through Landmark Global, the other was contracted out to Sprintstar. I live in an apartment building and for some reason my unit number got cut off of the delivery address. Landmark was able to figure out what unit I was based of the directory and successfully deliver the package. Sprintstar marked the package as undeliverable and said the address didnt exist. They also said that they tried to call me about it and they did not. I contacted Sprintstar about they have zero customer serivce. They said if their driver said he tried to call me that I must have missed the call. I said I could send them a screenshot of my call log and show that I had no missed calls from that day. The package ended up being sent back to the company in the states and it was a huge mess to get it all sorted and re-shipped. All of which all could have been avoided had the Sprintstar driver just called me.

My simple experience

So disclaimer I have no clue what they are like when you need a shipment held or to pick up from their warehouse, but I've been had things delivered by them consistently for a year (they partner with landmark from US) and I have never had a problem (yet). So far it always arrives on time, things don't go missing and tracking information is reliable. I just want to say that I feel comfortable with them delivering my items

This is such a scam

This is such a scam. My package arrived (which from reading other reviews I should be thankful) but it had been opened and re-sealed with packing tape. Upon taking the shoe box out of the re-sealed plastic, I opened it to reveal......... Nothing but packing paper. The shoes had been stolen. So somewhere between the sorting centre and the drive they went missing. I can't believe large American companies would outsource to such scammy companies. Better Business Bureau will be hearing about this!

Package dropped off to wrong house again

This is the fourth time a package has been delivered to the incorrect house, and the fourth time I have had to reach out to them to ask why. It is clear that they don't pass on the information to their team, nor train their teams properly. I am not sure how difficult it is to put in an address in a GPS device and follow the lines to the right house, but apparently it's very difficult. I feel bad for the poor people that always get the wrong packages sent to their house. Luckily for me they are honest and don't keep the items.

This by far is the worst experience…

This by far is the worst experience I've ever had with a mail delivery service. I'm going to do everything in my power to have them shut down. I'm reporting them to whoever I can to get the put out of business if you are expecting a package from them dont wait on it because you want get it. Its better to ask for your refund now before its too late. They never came to my door and they never called. Never even told me to come pick up my package and they dont have any contact numbers so dont bother. Report them to the better business bureau they need to be shut down!!! Its a scam. I dont know why ppl still use them because they are not reliable. Just a bunch of lazy nothings taking peoples packages. Disgusting.

Can I give them zero stars?

Wow, this might be the worst delivery company ever. They were contracted out by landmark for a delivery from a major retailer. I received an email stating that my delivery could not be made because the driver determined it was “unsafe”. I live in a brand new subdivision, with home that sell over $1million, I have a covered front porch and a mailbox. When I checked our front door camera, no one had even come to our home. No van, delivery truck, nothing. They then sent the package back to the shipper. I cannot believe that anyone is using this company. They’re unprofessional, they lie, they’re unreliable, and refuse to take responsibility for their “drivers” actions.

It is a total scam

If I could give this company no stars I would! They stated that they attempted to deliver my package, however, the business was closed.. I live in an apartment building, not a business. They said they also attempted to call me? I work from home, and would have definitely answered my phone.. my building also has 24/7 concierge and front desk service where they could have left my package. If it wasn’t for my package being so late, and be investigating why it is taking so long I would have never even known that they “attempted” to deliver. When I reached out to them they gave me a landmark number to call and stopped all communication with me. When I tried to call landmark, there was no answer. I left multiple messages. The fact that these huge companies don’t even do their research when subcontracting these scam businesses blow my mind! Obviously this is a scam because based on the one star reviews from everyone here, it looks like their packages just got stolen. I am in shock that this business is even able to operate. If you know a way to shut it down please let me know and I will gladly put time into trying to shut it down.

SCAM

1 star is way too good for this company. I made an order and ebay used them to ship the product. I ordered on November 20th, it was shipped on December 9 and out for delivery on December 23rd. I never had a single delivery problem here at my home, but Sprint star said “sorry we missed you” and rescheduled the delivery for the other day. THEY MISSED AGAIN and sent back to she original shipper. I was in contact with him since then (he had a pretty good reputation in ebay) is currently april 15th and it hasn’t got back to him yet. I opened a support ticket in Sprint star 1 week ago and no reply (they said they reply usually in 48 hours) i tried to call and nothing. Now i lost 130 bucks in this messed situation, they stole the package. I don’t think it will ever get shipped back to the seller, or ever arrive at my house. This is a completely useless company, is a full scam. Think twice if you are buying and the shipper uses this company.

I received an email that my address was an unsafe drop off? I was home all day even though I received no notification ahead of time they were coming. There wasn’t anything left at my door to say they were here or how to get my pkg. now. Never had this problem before with any other delivery service. No stars!

EBay delivery from the US

EBay delivery from the US: no way to contact them in order to pick up,or to verify my address. Got email saying they had tried twice and were now returning to shipper. Nothing I can do. I have now lost about $100 CDN —- for nothing. Due to Covid we often have a few deliveries in a week, and have never had any difficulty with those 100’sof items delivered by Purolator, DHLor UPS.

Wrong house delivery

Had my delivery of brake pads, much needed so I can work, delivered to the wrong house. As soon as Sprint star realized the mistake, all notification stopped, after their apology. Worse customer service ever! Apparently they do this all the time. Kind of makes you wonder how they stay in business. Thanks for the inconvenience!
