Sprintstar 

Had a package of clothes delivered yesterday. It was thrown on the ground at my neighbours right beside their garbage cans. This delivery was contracted out by Landmark. Not sure why they would ever use sprintstar to do deliveries for them ever. This isn’t the first time that’s happend either.

bought hockey cards from nhlshop.ca. had no idea they use sprintstar to ship. these are hockey cards and the driver just tossed my box like it was a basketball. i have security cameras and the driver was 5 feet from my front door and tossed my box. he didnt even bother coming to ring the doorbell. but how can he when he's 5 feet away and walking backwards to his car before the package hits the ground? what kind of lazy employees do they have working there? my hockey cards are damaged. will be filing a complain with nhlshop.ca and if they do not reimburse me, i will also file through paypal.

Never came, they stole my goods. Stating that they couldn't deliver. I put my work address !!!

Still waiting for my package since the 9 February. Their website is down, impossible to track with their and there is no possibility for Amazon to contact them I want my money back! 0 stars it’s shameful that “Guess” do business with this company!!

Stole or didn't deliver the item. There's no way to contact them. Do not order from Borderfree who uses this courier service

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. TERRIBLE. Is this even a real company! NEVER heard of them before. Probably because they are total S#*T!!

This is the biggest scam company ever. They don’t communicate or provide information on anything until after it’s happened. Drivers don’t call and attempts to make deliveries never happen. One star is far to generous. I give them a -10 and a go rectally penetrate yourself sprintstar.

Delivery guy didn't even try to ring buzzer, he called me once instead. I missed the call and tried calling him back 2 mins after, no answer, package redirected. No effort whatsoever

Complete scam, claim to make delivery attempts when no such attempt is made. Must be running a scam on Amazon to get paid for things they don't do.

I wish i had an option to give no stars. They dont make delivery attempts and just sends the parcels back to the shippers.
And has happened more then twice.
Very poor services

I left a huge note on the door asking them not to ring because there was a baby sleeping. Seriously you couldn't miss it. They rang twice while knocking on the door. Of course baby woke up crying. So disrespectful!!!! What a shame to do this! Do no trust this company, they are just bad people!

Using SprintStar... I was informed by the e-commerce site my parcel (Christmas gift) would arrive December 16th, then December 24th, then December 28th. Who knows when now? Certainly ruined a Christmas morning. Looking at other reviews, how do companies like this exist? AVOID.

Worst company ever did not deliver my very important Christmas present I ordered almost a month before still have not received it don't think I will. If Christmas wasn't bad enough with covid now to have my parcel for my love of my life to not arrive was brutal. Im angry and very unhappy with them and I will never order through a company that uses them again.

Said my package was delivered, the picture provided as proof was not my door - so they delivered it to the wrong address. I was able to find the house they 'delivered' it too based on the door (and it was the same house number, just the wrong street, so it wasn't too hard to find), but the resident said they never got it. The man was home all day and there's no way he would have missed it. I tried emailing the company but no reply.

They did not deliver my package but claimed no access to the address. I don't understand why Walmart uses them. I searched everywhere for their contact information but there was none. I wonder if this is a virtual delivery company. Feel like dealing with a ghost.

Zero. Does anyone know how to contact them besides email’s they do not answer. Received one part of my order on Dec 14th from Champion, the other part shows delivered on doorstep Dec 15th. The second part had the most items and was not on the doorstep and is nowhere around the house. Someone was home all day and other deliveries were received so it would have been seen on the doorstep. I have emailed Champion and Sprintstar and not received a reply from either.

Well here we go a global transport company shipping partner if I could give them a no star or half star that's what they would get waiting over a month for a shipment I get that there is a Pandemic but really come on if you can't do what you a contracted to do maybe find something your better suited for because transport isn't it

Still waiting for my sons Christmas present no update since December 14th ordered through Champion/ borderfree November 25. Horrible delivery service will try and avoid them in the future. Hopefully borderfree will recognize how unreliable they are.

I had a shipment coming from the states and had no control over who they used once it got to canada. Well turns out it was sprintstar who said they couldnt find the address. So instead of contacting anybody at all they shipped it back to sender. My daughter now goes without her christmas present because of these half assed couriers.
