AWFUL delivery service...

AWFUL delivery service.... not really sure why any company uses them, they have no info on how to contact them so now my packages which ordering over 1 month ago are "lost" yet no one has contacted me

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE....

This company makes their competition look awesome!! The biggest question is, how long will they manage to stay in business? I guess if they do manage to stay in business then a person should really think long and hard about the company that choose to use their services and decide if you wanna deal with those businesses. Absolutely horrible experience.

Based on other reviews Sprintcar is…Bad. The WORST. Incompetence Perfected

Based on other reviews Sprintcar is consistent: CONSITENTLY BAD!
Just like the other reviews: they delivered to the WRONG address. They didn't even read my email: in their 3rd email to me, they told me information that I had to provided to THEM! In my FIRST email to them! I would not have even given them one star but that was the only option possible to even start writing a review about them. I shall use my university education to better articulate my thoughts about Sprintstar: they SUCK!

The service by Landmark/Sprintstar is…

The service by Landmark/Sprintstar is non existent; this company does not know the meaning of service. How is conceivable that a parcel with a clearly defined address including unit number, street number, proper spelling of street name, city, province and postal code along with recipient's phone contact does not arrive!!! The logistics are illogical! How is this business surviving? Please give me Canada Post; at least there's accountability and recourse. Two packages from NHL.com redirected back due to "Delivery Exception - Unable to locate address - Returned to Shipper". Frankly, it inconceivable that this company can locate the sun they're that incompetent. Do not use.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. i made a purchase and was given a tracking number for this company. i been tracking my item for a while . come to the day of delivery the driver left my package in the rain didnt ring door bell or knocked on the door .i checked the next day to see where the package was and it said it was delivered ROUND 847PM. it snowed over night . i went outside to find my package completely soaked . no one wants to take responsibility . i have sent them an email since there is no contact number for them still waiting on a response from them . horrible service

My package has been stuck in customs…

My package has been stuck in customs for nearly a month now. Apparently didn't have my full name included on the package (which should have been there). No way to get my package, no contact information. If I wasn't an Amazon prime member this would have been even worse as it was my Christmas themed items are still not here and it's now December. Update. ORDER PLACED
October 29, 2020 Arrived Dec 9 after numerous attempts to get the problem resolved. No contact as to if it was ever coming, just showed up on the steps on Friday.

This is a terrible service

This is a terrible service! They don't respond to emails. There are no phone numbers to call. They didn't find a clearly marked Unit number so they say my package was undeliverable and returning it to sender.

Phantom delivery service with zero credibility

I watched my tracking for a package I was expecting. I saw that it was out for delivery since early in the morning with a delivery time of before 9pm expected. As I continued to check the tracking status, I suddenly saw that my package was showing as delivered and my name was recorded on the entry. I had been home all day waiting on it and nobody came to my door. Checked all around the area but could not see it. Someone took it or someone at a different address has it. Dishonest people are such slime balls. This company cannot be contacted and after googling their name I realize how terrible they are. What good is it if you have no way to contact the company or driver. Such a frustrating experience

delivered to wrong house and no response

the "confirmation" for my delivery was a photo of someone else's house. 3 days later and I have heard nothing back from Sprintstar despite 3 emails sent to them. - UPDATE - 3 weeks have gone by and still no response - wish I could give 0 stars

Absolute terrible service

Absolute terrible service. I have had a parcel stolen of my step because the Sprintstar driver is too lazy to place my parcel in between my front doors. And yes it would fit. Or at least in a less obvious spot. They have no customer support. Before purchasing a product check with the vendor if they use Sprintstar.

My package still hasn’t arrived

My package still hasn’t arrived! Very disappointing courier. Lack of updates and communication about my package and no way of getting in touch with them so you’re just left wondering. If there is going to be a delay, at least keep the customer informed about what is going on!

Absolutely the worst

Absolutely the worst. Returned packaged to sender after not being able to find my address. No other delivery company has had this problem.

First notification/contact I received from them was an email telling me that the package was being returned to sender.

These worthless fools never delivered my package saying they wernt able to do so because there is no access to my apartment, there is multiple access points these lazy morons didint even get out of their car to deliver my package and i have it all on video

Very unimpressed

Watched on video as package from L L Bean was thrown onto my front porch from 8-10 feet away. No attempt to ring doorbell, no email confirming delivery. Luckily there was nothing breakable. Package was clearly visible from the street. Waiting to hear back from them. Based on other reviews here, not holding my breath.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Stay away of using it. They “attempted” to deliver the package I was waiting for 3 weeks. Decided that it is not possible and sent it back to where it was coming from... so now I have to wait for a month or more again because of their unprofessional work.
