They give false information regarding deliveries and then give ZERO notifications to let you know that a delivery was attempted.
They claim an attempted delivery, despite you being present during that time. Then your package is sent to a random pickup location. This week, I've had 2 packages from 2 different stores that have used Landmark Global, which then uses Sprintstar to deliver. Both packages have been left at two different strange convenience stores that aren't even near my delivery address. And I didn't get notifications for pick up for either of them.
I hate that I can't control that my packages are sent via Sprintstar. They're so fake.

I honestly wish there was a 0 star here. These people took a picture of my package at my door to say that they have delivered the package. I was sitting in my living room which is exactly at the door which they claimed to have left the package. It was only by chance that I checked the tracking less than one hour later and it said the package was delivered, so I went to retrieve my package. Guess what! No package. They said they delivered the package, but no one bothered to even knock on the door. Uhm, something is not right here. No one rang the door bell or even knocked, we were sitting in the living room. Why would you deliver a package and just lay it there and take a picture without even a knock on the door. Unless......, let me think, the intention was to make sure that the recipient did not know that the package was delivered at the time it was said to have been delivered. To add insult to injury, I emailed and called these people and they responded saying that the driver said he knocked. Wow.... my entire family must be going deaf because I know there is no way the driver could have rang the doorbell and none of us heard it. Then the Sellers tell me they can't refund or replace my order because they have a photo that the package was delivery.
I have never done a review of any company before, but I was so upset that I had to sit and write this review. The cost of my package is not trivial and it is quite a penny that I was even weighing my mind about the purchase to begin with. I am so upset, I can type no more. I haven't been this upset in the longest time.
A lot faster than canada post
Reading the reviews I was so scared not to receive my package because it was worth a lot of money but I received it very fast and I have nothing bad to say about this compagny I guess the only people who write here is the ones that didn't get theirs .

I had a parcel from Bath and BodyWorks our for delivery with Sprintstar in Winnipeg on Apr. 20. It went out for delivery at 1:44P.M. I never go it that day and we were home the entire time. The next morning I checked the tracking information and it had been returned to sender at 9:33 A.M. The tracking page said there was a problem with the delivery and th check the delivery status information which was no where to be found. I couldn’t find any contact number for Sprintstar and Landmark Global’s site didn’t work when I tried to email an inquiry. Bath and BodyWorks call centre couldn’t even find the tracking number so refunded me the money. I had another order from the same company delivered on Apr.17 so don’t know what the problem was and can’t find out do to extreme my poor customer service. Don’t buy from anyone who uses them.
This company was unable to locate my house
This company was unable to locate my house for the delivery. The correct address and postal code was in the order and just seconds on the internet will confirm the address and generate an accurate map of the location. In the end the company reported that 'the customer declined the delivery' which is total BS as I never saw the delivery. This is a very untrustworthy company. I have no idea why amazon sellers or anyone else would use them
I think your service is horrible
I think your service is horrible . Twice my package has been returned to origin . Unable to locate my address . Every other courier has no problem finding my address. My house has been here for 30 years not like its in a new area with no road signs . Now I have to wait another 3 weeks !!! That will make my package 9 weeks late because your drivers are incompetent.
I was so pleased
I was so pleased, i recieved my package 1 day before the estimated date. I thought i wont be able to recieve my package since missing additional info on the shipping add. I called them and inform them where to drop my package and I got it today. THANK YOU.CS was very helpful

If I could give 0 stars I would, placed an order from Fanatic.com and they separated in two packages. The first package was undelivered due to "invalid address" which I confirmed on the order was correct.
The second package they apparently "tried" to deliver, even though there were no notifications left. The tracking said they left 2 reminders but there were none that I received. After tracking the package, it said it was at a "PUDO" location to pick up. So I drove down there and to my surprise, it was not there and the store said they never received it.
I'm sure no one would ever "choose" to have to use this company, but if a 3rd party decides to use them ... then at least you will know what to expect.
Never received package, poor customer experience
Ordered something pretty expensive off ebay last October. Found out it was being shipped with "Sprintstar". Immediately drew some red flags. Site was very barebones with little to no information. Barely any contact information.
Either way, delivery date arrives and the package can't be dropped off at my location. Then my package gets dropped off in a DIFFERENT CITY, at some corner store that I've never heard of. I go to the "PUDO" and after the employee at the location was looking for different packages, they weren't able to locate my package.
I then tried contacting them by email, but all they did was send THE EXACT SAME EMAIL AGAIN... TWICE.
Terrible postal service. Still haven't received my package.

This is the worst company worldwide. They indicated that they delivered "safe drop" while I was in the house all day. Nobody ever came today, this is a pure lie. Then we cannot claim, they say to contact the original seller, which I did but what is going on ?
Worst nightmare, let them go bankrupt, never use this incompetent and crooked company.
Do not use Sprintstar for any type of Shipping / Delivery
I Order 3 packages that included 12 items early for Christmas gifts - after contacting Sprintstar told me my they could not deliver my packages becauseSprintstar says my address dose not exist?? I have lived at the same address for over 10 year and have had hundreds of packages delivered to it. Sprintstar made no attempt to deliver the packages or contact me about the fact that those people say my address dose not exist!, completely unprofessional. I never received a phone call from Sprintstar call to say they could not deliver the packages and Sprintstar just returned the packages to the supply. Not once has Sprintstar contacted me to let me know about any of this. The only way I found out is I have to call the original supply of the packages to get this information from them.
Thanks for wrecking Christmas for the kids and family this year Sprintstar by being unprofessional and having zero communication.

So I bought something from Nordstrom and as usual it was handled by Borderfree to be delivered to Canada. When I clicked on the link provided by shipping confirmation I saw that it was some new courier, Sprintstar. At the time, I did not think much of it. I did email to see if I could redirect my package to my office instead of my home but received no response. Yesterday, I see that the package is out for delivery and I'm thinking well they will leave me a note to go and collect it from a depot. I come home, there is no note. I check the website, it says it was delivered-left at door! Now I live in a condo building, in a busy spot very popular with tourists, where only owners have keys to enter the building. To me this means that these guys are either irresponsible enough to leave packages right on the pavement on the street outside the building up for grabs by anyone walking by or are lying and have stolen the package. I have complained to Borderfree who tells me I have to wait for up to 10 days for them to investigate! 10 days!! I'm contemplating my next step. I do think that a report to RCMP might be necessary to have these guys looked into. The other thing is that there are so many names: Landmark Global, Sprintstar, Apple Express, ... If that does not say SHADY, I'm not sure what does.
Don't shop with Borderfree and say no to Sprintstar carrier
I share the same experience as the other reviewers.I ordered a clothing item from Saks Fifth Avenue and it is shipped by Borderfree to so called Sprintstar.However,when you call the number 1 888 641-2142,the courier company is called Apple Express Logistics in Mississauga Ontario and the customer representative is clueless. I asks him why customers cannot pick up their parcels at the warehouse like other carriers such as UPS,DHL and FedEx.The customer representative says that he does not know the reasons and I would need to speak to the supervisor at the Richmond B.C. Apple Express Logistics warehouse. I am very frustrated with my interactions with Saks Fifth Avenue, Borderfree and Sprintstar/Apple Express Logistics.I would never do online shopping with stores who have contracts with Borderfree and/or Sprintstar.
Update on October 15/19: I wish to inform of the outcome after my last interactions with Borderfree and Sprintstar/Apple Logistics Express regarding my parcel from Saks Fifth Avenue. I did not receive the parcel as stated on the parcel status of "out for delivery."I called Apple Express Logistics in Ontario at 7:30am Pacific Time and spoke to a female customer representative who told me that I would not receive or pick up the parcel from Richmond Apple Logistics Express because the warehouse is not "equipped" for customers to pick up parcels; therefore,my parcel would be shipped back to Borderfree. I phoned Borderfree and complained to the customer representative.He said that this is not the first complaint nor the last. He said that they have a stack of complaints on Sprintstar/Apple Express and it will take a long time before anything can be done. I told him that they have lost a customer and there will be more losses to come. Don't count on receiving your parcel(s) from this horrendous carrier. Demand a copy of the CCTV video if you live in a condo because you will know for sure that this carrier never appeared at the lobby entrance!

Nightmare. I made an international purchase with Ebay on August 28th. It raced across states in days before arriving in Canada and clearing customs on Sept.9. Then, as Pitney Bowes handed it to Sprintstar, everything came to a halt. I then got notice on Sept.22 that it was in my home town and "On Vehicle - Out for Delivery". It is now Sept.25 so WHERE IS IT?
SprintStar is a new Canadian logistics network operating under Landmark Global. Both are subsidiaries of Belgian shipping giant "BPost". There is no customer support, irrelevant or false tracking entries, and literally HUNDREDS of online complaints and poor reviews (look on this site alone, under "Landmark"). So how are they still operating like this? who's being held accountable? What is Christmas going to look like if no one is getting their packages in these "slow months"?
(edit) It's now October 9th and still no parcel... I have recently made complaints to the BBB, Consumer Protection BC, and have filed a theft report with the Burnaby RCMP.

Sprintstar is an awful delivery company. I would give it zero if I could. I'm very sorry if you have to deal with this company to get your package delivered in Canada.
I ordered an item from the Canadian arm of a huge US company and they used Borderfree to manage the delivery. Borderfree had Sprintstar do the actual shipment. The package was sent to Sprintstar August 27th and it took until September 15th for it to arrive (shipping from Ontario to Winnipeg). I tried contacting Borderfree with little success, emailed and called Sprintstar with the number Borderfree gave me and got the excuse over and over that the package was "sitting in a warehouse and just needed to be scanned." The tracking system for Sprintstar said my package was In Transit for the whole time until the day after it was delivered. I have complained to the company I ordered from so that they also know that Borderfree and Sprintstar are damaging their reputation.
If you want to call Sprintstar customer service 1-888-641-2142 (but it probably won't get you anywhere, unfortunately, because their CSRs don't care/don't know anything).
