Ordered e bike was cheaper than elsewhere, delivery took some time due coming from supplier, after receiving the bike I had some issues, was a bit stressful, then got in touch with these guys , they honored the parts costs, which was very nice.

Great Service/team
Called in first with a bike problem that occurred on a recent trip. The guys spent 2 hours trying to sort it for me. Although the part could not be saved and they had no replacement in stock they took a part off a new bike they had built to ensure I could continue. On my return home I purchased a new pair of mtb shoes from them as their service was so good. Unfortunately they did not fit. I returned them and got a refund. Can’t fault the team. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent repair and service of bicycle components
The hanger for the rear derailleur of my bike when it was blown over. Phoned sprockets was told to bring bike in the next day for repair. Took bike in early morning and got it back with hanger replaced and gears serviced early afternoon. Excellent customer service

Very impressive service
I was finding it difficult to change gears because of my small hands and it was causing pain. Tom made 2 suggestions and explained the pros and cons of both. I choose to have Di2's fitted. This was done quickly and he even configured them to suit my riding style. It has been a real game changer for me. Very impressive service. Can't thank him enough.

Sprockets Cycles are great! The only downside is their use of DPD to deliver the bikes! DPD are absolutely useless in our area, with most deliveries reported as attempted, but no attempt was made.
