It was 830 when i went in to sprouts at…

It was 830 when i went in to sprouts at broadway and patano. I wanted James to help me with my vitamin’s order He is Wonderful and very knowable he always takes time with you. I had some very Intricate questions which he can always answer.Don’t loose him a great employee!! Then i go to register to pay. I tell cashier I want to put the things i need the most on register she could have cared less and said just put every thing on the conniver belt with a hurry up attitude not paying attention attitude I am sick of being rushed!! I was spending over 400.00 dollars. I said please don’t rush me she denied it. I said i wanted to put things up as i needed them just keep rushing me, So I go mad and said call the head cashier out. I believe her name is susie she has always been very helpful to me. this woman did not want to so I stoped and sad call her I just saw her in the back. She says I am manager too
She would not take the time to help me I had had it no one was behind me what was her problem?? I wanted to make sure I was getting the correct present off. She would not explain it!! The head cashier came out explained it I said thank-you I was now happy. I will avoid this so called red haired manager she has no time for customers and in rude and denies it when she is . As I scroll through 82 pages on your webpage just to find a few items that are supposed to be on sale. I can't tell you how often it makes me scream within. I was looking at your monthly sales its a mess could you just put them in order like if it's toothpaste put all the toothpaste together if it's shampoo. Put it shampoo together which is what I was looking for and never could find on your monthly ad. This society is making me crazy. I don't even want to shop anymore. You all made it so complicated if you have something on sale it's on sale.

Thumbs Down !

1/08/24 Receipt says " We need your feedback ! ". Well the feedback survey is closed.
This false claim was brought up in my email to Customer Relations. On 12/19 Sprouts email response was management had been
notified. Yet the False Claim Continues !
And, the receipt says to save paper by getting their ad by email. Albuquerque Sprouts hasn't had printed ads since the Pandemic.

Terrible liers and fibbers at burbank…

Terrible liers and fibbers at burbank sprouts. An employee at Sprouts said I used rude language to them when I never ever talk to people here shopping. Burbank sprouts employees are always fired and re-hired. They try to open new stores but can’t because they lose money compared to their competitors. Burbank store is poorly run and always loses money. They should close this store. It’s not their busiest location.

Good organic veg selection & prices at Sprouts

Sprouts has lots of good vegan options, and their pricing on their organic fruits and vegetables is less expensive than grocery stores. They have the best vegan garden rolls and their staff is always very pleasant and willing to help. They have a great variety of items and a great bulk section.

Checked their weekly today stating buy…

Checked their weekly today stating buy 1 and get 1 50% off but there are no original price printed by the advertised items so how do we know it is a good deal. It is 1 of the reasons for me not to patronize the store.

Never a cashier

Never a cashier. I was encouraged to go through the self checkout with 40 items, and no knowledge of how to do proceed. I was ignored by the person standing there on their phone. When I trie3d to go a register, there was no one available. This seems like the normal. Do better Sprouts or my $$$$ goes elsewhere.

Zero Customer Loyalty - Mistreated and Left in the Dust

I've shopped at sprouts for over a decade and never returned anything until recently I returned a few dragonfruit because they were mislabeled as red when they were white. They treated me condescendingly at checkout, and their email support responded once, and never again after 3 follow ups. They have zero customer loyalty.

what happened to Sprouts on Tropicana…

what happened to Sprouts on Tropicana in Las Vegas? it used to be wonderful produce at really good prices! now the produce looks tired and the prices are absurd! way more than all other grocery chains. to top it off they now charge 10 cents for every bag they use to bag your groceries. when did that start? last time i will shop there.

Slower checkouts

Tulsa, OK store. I somewhat enjoyed patronizing this store when it first arrived years ago. As with everything, pricing has become ridiculous, recently removed private label organic cereals (which were higher priced as well), if not careful, many private label items are sold with less than a month left on the expiry date, charging for plastic bags, and overly-chatty cashiers during busy times. Anytime I’m in that store (for a specific, hard-to-find item), I feel myself quietly irritated at their halting, chatty checkout clerks while standing motionless waiting for their random conversations with customers to close. (Also notice this at Target) I understand how friendliness and connecting with customers is an essential part of customer service during checkout, but holding up the line to discuss random topics with talkative customers is frustrating to others who want to finish their transactions and leave!

Sprouts needs better management

Sprouts needs better management. I made chicken soup and found I could not eat it because smelled moldy. The organic carrots in the plastic bag were moldy and infected the soup. I have gone back and smelled the carrots several times, and they are always moldy (Atlanta Store). The the organic celery is sometimes limp. I mentioned it to the manager and they became belligerent, felt I was wrong. I no longer shop at any sprouts. They need to train managers in good communication and respect.

Rotten seafood

Sprouts recently opened in my city and I have had 4 shopping experiences through Instacart. The first 3 experiences were good. I made the 4th order on September 30, 2023, which included sea scallops. The sea scallops were slimy and rotten. The smell made me gag...the memory of the smell still makes me gag.

This was not the fault of the Instacart shopper. I shopped along with her, my order was delivered to me timely and had been properly temperature controlled. All other items in the order were fine.

I will no longer shop at Sprouts either in person or through Instacart nor will I provide good recommendations.

Sprouts has no concerns with food safety.

Instacart has provided a refund.

Grate coustmer service

Grate coustmer service, I thaught my bike was stolden and I took off walking next thing I knew one of the managers in his truck cought up to me walking and said found your
bike-WOW, also the sucerty guard was varry helpfull. Also that the place is always clean, and good coustmer service helping find stuff, good job guys and girls.

Sprouts Lacks: Quality, current vitamin pricing and Wellbeing!

Sprouts vitamins are highway robbery! Even if you compare prices via Amazon, Sprouts “ON SALE” prices are insanely expensive. I even paid nearly $20 less via Amazon for the exact same “on sale” multi vitamin - WOW. 😞

In addition, shortly after Covid I inquired about the bulk product bins in Las Cruces, NM. There is no magnet to hold the lid open, so you have to hold the lid up with your forearm while holding the bag open and scooping with your free hand… Talk about a germ fest! Possible that everyone’s arm skin dander is in bulk food (?). Not to mention arm sweat inside the lid just above the bulk food: GROSS and shame on Sprouts for not being more attentive to cleanliness verses new bin expense!!!

Over-all their prices are high, they have copied many companies great product in order to put their label on it, while not producing as good of a product (proudly displaying their Sprouts ORGANIC corn chips that are not GMO Free/packaged greens that don’t even make it to the expiration and the list goes on.

Through all my frustration and disappointment, I will not be shopping there anymore unless I absolutely have to. Definitely not worthy of being a store for the elite or otherwise!!!

Sprouts Plastic Bag Scam

Sprouts continues to scam it's customers with a bogus fee for grocery bags. They want to charge you for the plastic bags or have you buy reusables. They try to tell you this is for the environment but, if that were true, they would have transitioned to paper bags and they would have changed their packaging. Over half of what they sell comes in a plastic container. This is just another scam that may make their corporate leftist feel good while placing all the burden on the customer.

Supplements

Hi!! I must say that as a fitness enthusiast sprouts is amazing. When I need any supplements there is s gentlemen named nick who is extremely helpful. He’s very knowledgeable and eager to help. His customer service is unequivocally the best. I never struggle to find anything. Also, he will help you find the Best Buy for your dollar. He’s the man to see at sprouts if you need supplements.

I bought beef kabobs at $8.99 per sale…

I bought beef kabobs at $8.99 per sale price! Served them to guests. OMG we could hardly chew threw them. I was mortified to say the least. AWEFUL. Don't

2nd time I tried to review. Really? I bought steak kabobs for a family get together. . . at $8.99 per lb on sale. They were so bad and so chewy that no one could finish their meal. How terrible is that. Your prices suck for what you get and the quality. I put you right in line as Walmart. At least they stand behind their products. Only one checker as well. Standing in line for 13 minutes. Wow, You've gone to hell in a hand basket. Not returning. EVER. I'm sure you won't post this. Money is far more important, right?

think just because it's Sprouts that it's good. . . it sucked? Veggies and fruit was just like shopping at Walmart. Save your hard earned cash.

Absurdly high prices

Two years ago Dublin store had Kals Nutritional yeast $11 ish. Your new store on S Nevada just opened. Price on same item $23 ish dollars. Told “inflation”. Went to Natural Grocers a few blocks away. Lo and behold, same brand, same product $11 ish. Saw no great bargains. PRICES HIGHER than King Soopers on bread I want Dave’s.
