I have had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a mobile network after switching to Spusu.
It has now been almost a week without a working phone since attempting to transfer my number to their network. My previous provider has already closed my number following the port request, yet Spusu has completely failed to activate the eSIM they provided. On top of that, the physical SIM card they said they posted has still not arrived, leaving me with absolutely no way to use my phone.
The most frustrating part has been the customer support. I have repeatedly contacted their WhatsApp help desk, but the responses have been slow, vague, and completely ineffective. None of the advisers seem able to resolve even a basic activation issue. It feels like you are just being passed around without anyone actually taking responsibility for fixing the problem.
Being left without a phone for nearly a week in 2026 is unacceptable. A mobile network should be able to handle something as routine as a number port and SIM activation. Instead, this has turned into a stressful and time-consuming ordeal with no clear solution in sight.
If you are considering switching to Spusu, I would strongly advise thinking twice. My experience has been a complete failure in both service delivery and customer support.
Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this provider to anyone.

The chap I spoke to was fab! Super friendly, sorted what I needed asap. A pleasure and a joy to deal with a company who make things so easy and a team that doesn’t read from a script! They are proper humans ☺️

Customer service is great. get connected easily and quickly with them over the phone, really easy to understand and very helpful. The network is great also as I think it is backed off to EE.

Swift, helpful response as always. I moved to Spusu last year from O2. The coverage is excellent and they are always helpful. Not only is the package cheaper but the staff are universally very helpful and always keen to sort out any queries. I have found this to be a sharp contrast to the service that I received from O2 and I only wish that I had switched sooner!

Numerous problems since joining Spusu.
The good bits- You can get through and actually speak to someone. They answer phone and you speak to real British people. The Bad news- despite being polite the customer service call handlers have absolutely no technical knowledge and have been unable to resolve any of the many problems i have had. There are too many problems to explain here but i seldom use my phone for calls and am a light user so have struggled on. I dont want or need an expensive phone contract so can just about manage but there are ongoing problems the Spusu staff just have no clue about and cannot resolve. They are cheap for a reason.

It's decent as any other network apart from one small problem with SMS from companies not coming through.
Should really fix that!
Runs on EE btw

Very helpful agent, polite and able to fix my problem. This is the second time I’ve had to contact spusu for different reasons both times the phone was answered quickly and the agents solved my issue. Happy with the service, price and customer service.

unable to receive otp/sms messages from +1 or some sms provider which is a very big problem. they deny that it is related with Spusu but i am %100 sure. They blame godaddy andd zoho for not sending OTP sms (!). when i change mobile to another provider they immediately started sending.

I wanted to like the product but data is laggy. iMessage wouldn't establish. They told me it was an Apple problem. It obviously wasn't, because it worked immediately on 1p Mobile. There is not an option for unlimited data and they cut me off with no warning. They do answer the phone promptly, but say "technical will call back in 2-3 hours". The network is not solid enough. So it's a hard pass from me.

I'm a new customer and so far being brilliant. Sent a message to customer service to port my number and I kid you not before I ended the message. I had a confirmation email to say the porting process has started..

Great professional and reliable service, good to speak to someone that actually speaks English as other providers use cheap call centers abroad and it can be difficult to understand their accent
