I am 85yrs old and I rely on a mobile connection and I have sent four emails/request forms over the last two weeks and haven’t had one response. Customer service is non-existent - you get what you pay for I suppose, reasonably priced monthly SIM package but no support at all. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Been with this company a while , didn't have any service when in Spain contacted customer service via WhatsApp received a bog standard reply saying don't know why it's not working? wasn't offered any discount off months bill seeing I couldn't use phone for 2 weeks. Sent a WhatsApp message about something completely different yesterday and as yet no reply? EE network is very good voice mail is awful with this company and so is the customer service. If they weren't EE would have ditched them ages ago .

I had a very disappointing experience with Spusu Mobile. Their support team is unresponsive and highly inefficient — it takes several days just to receive a single reply. There is no sense of urgency or accountability when dealing with customer issues.
I faced a serious problem while roaming where I was unable to receive OTP messages, and their team was completely clueless about the cause. What’s worse is that their internal system seems so poorly managed that they couldn’t even track or properly investigate the issue.
Overall, the service quality is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their SIM or services to anyone.

My wife and I have just completed our first month with Spusu after moving from Sky Mobile. Spusu made the switch over so easy - thanks to a great app and importantly to their customer friendly and very supportive customer service team. I have already mentioned this in my initial review but wanted to add to this following our first experience of Spusu on holiday in Gran Canaria in February 2026 - a very positive experience indeed. Unlike our previous provider we were delighted with free roaming and calls - no signal issues! Indeed I spent 19 minutes calling my bank in the UK to resolve an issue - It was great getting my banking issue resolved without worrying about call charges that we would have previously incurred. Our mobile journey with Spusu couldn't have been better - Thank you all !!

Transferred my number from EE and saved nearly £10 per month for same call and data package. No difference in service as still using EE network! No issues at all and would thoroughly recommend.

Customer service were great - called to increase data in my son's plan as he'd moved from a brick phone to a smart phone. The change was done there and then with zero fuss. And increased the cost of the plan plan by only £3... To less than £6.00 per month!

Seamless transition from EE, helped by speaking to an adviser who sped up the transfer to the very next day. A half of the price of EE and includes European roaming and a MUCH higher data allowance.
Highly recommend.

Changed provider to Spusu for the best price sim and the best service too.
Certainly got the best service when I contacted Alex @ Spusu with a problem I was having with completing the changeover. No problem at all so it turned out, within two minutes Alex directed me through the necessary steps required and I was fully up and running no problem.

I spoke to Alex who was extremely helpful and sorted out my problem.
My phone has been suspended. I have reached out via email and WhatsApp, the WhatsApp messages have been read by someone several hours ago and still I have no response at all. I am self employed and this has meant I am currently unable to make or receive any calls for two days.
I am up to date with paying my bill and have had zero communication from Spusu before they chose to suspend my account.
Up until this I would have recommended Spusu to friends and family but not now. I am still waiting for a response and have no way to call or text or receive calls!!

Internet is so fast I now get signal wherever I go in my home town.
I've been on most other networks and this is by far the best
After 27 years with EE I’ve switched to Spusu. Their tariffs were half the price of EE and it’s the same network.
Very impressed so far. eSIM set up was easy and after calling their customer service my number was ported across 4 days early. Service on both WhatsApp and by phone has been excellent. I could speak to a person within a minute who answered my questions and helped immediately. A breath of fresh air.
I hope the coverage I’m getting and the service I’m receiving continues as they’ve been outstanding so far.
