2 hrs away from my g36 spypoint camera
2 hrs away from my g36 spypoint camera, finally got to reset it, moved the camera. Worked ok for 2 days now back home and haven't received a photo for 24 hrs. Have lots battery, a 50 percent single. So far the camers is inconsistent. Only paid for monthly subscription, so let see for hunting season, but so far not impressed. Bought 2 muddy cameras to try out. Stay tuned

SPYPOINT Disappointment
I bought two Flex-M cameras from my local hunting shop and was super excited to try them out. Got everything all set up paid for the unlimited pictures for both. FYI the app is clunky!!! I placed the cameras on my food plots, and put the setting to my preference which was high sensitivity, and to send the pictures as they happen… Needless to say the picture quality is trash photos show up hours later or even days later!
I recently hunt near my cameras and noticed I had deer standing anywhere from 10 feet to 30 feet away and it never took a single picture!!! This product is unreliable and waste of money!
I have other brands of cameras set up the same way and it out performs SPYPOINT in very way!! Live feeds picture quality and consistency. My suggestion go buy any other product other than SPYPOINT!!

Spypoint is turning their older cell…
Spypoint is turning their older cell links into bricks. I have three that won't connect to a cell tower recently. One was working as recently as October 22. Activated in 2022. I put fresh batteries in it and decided to update. Big mistake. Went to their website for a software update. Well, revision 4 is gone and revision 1 is the only update available. I have bought 12, that is right, 12 cell links and this is how they treat loyalty. Time to move on.

Don't waste your time and money
If you want a camera that constantly updates and doesnt work well you've come to the right spot. Spyoint camera is just for you. Highly recommend that you dont purchase this brand. There's a reason why they are so cheap. Its getting to be in the prime of hunting and my cameras continue to crap the bed stating an invalid SD card and to input a different one. Also, the cameras were working perfectly fine then just stopped.... Just dont

Have been a loyal customer with multiple cameras but have grown frustrated and disappointed. Upgraded my subscription and now I’m receiving black photos. When I reached out for help through the chat I was asked the same questions repeatedly only to get the same reply telling me about the importance of proper batteries and proper SD cards all of which I have always used without issues. Again, never had issues UNTIL I updated my subscription. Wanted to continue my support for SPYPOINT but I have no choice but to consider different brands. Still left with no fix. I do hope other customers do not have my experience.

The customer service is so cringe worthy. You can tell they make it up as the go and are just as lost as you in the process. They ask you to get your camera from the woods then they want you to put 8 new batteries in it when it's at 40%. Multiple on hold times, and calls back. I dread every time I have to call in and talk to these people in another country. I regret going with spy point cameras
I would give them a zero if I could
I would give them a zero if I could. Lies, lies, lies. They gave me the run around for weeks, saying I would receive my return label which had to include an rma number. Three times I spent over an hour on the phone and was guaranteed I would receive it in 3 business days. It's a shifty company and buyer beware.

Customer service is a joke.If you talk to them on the phone you better know 7 different languages. So I tried chatting with Customer support and as usual all they could say was check batteries. This is all they know to say every time. I found the problem my self moisture had seep in after a hard rain. I fixed the problem for now with my wife's hair dryer. It's the same every time (check batteries is all they know) For 2 years all they know to say.Service is a joke.

They could start by having reliable uninterrupted service. Second when you pay for a service you should receive exactly what your paying for. This company is just out to steal your hard earned money.

I've had this camera 2 years now and I've yet to receive any useful pictures from it. I've contacted their support unit and their focus is on telling you what you're doing wrong. Then,"as a courtesy" they reset my camera. By the time I got to it there was already the 100 pictures (max allowed without paid plan) of nothing. I've got nothing good to say about it this point.

I operate 24 cameras all year! I started having issues this year with the spypoint Dark & FLex models, I contacted their support to try and resolve the issues but they were unwilling to fix the problems so unfortunately for me I am now without cameras just as the season is about to begin. The most frustrating part is that i really tried to get them to help me resolve this but they were just not willing to work with me. Once the season is over I will be looking for a new camera partner, I plan to box all of their equipment up and ship it back to them with a demand for my money back.

I set up a new account and when I got to the payment section and hit place order, I kept getting customer ID incorrect. So I tried to fix this several times. I finally got it to go through. To my shock the next morning I was charged everytime it failed to the tune of $1560! When I went on chat, I was told to dispute it with my financial institution!! Worst customer service ever!!!
