I paid them $500 for the concierge service to file a claim against a non-paying client on June 6. Today is August 2 and the claim is not filed. I have attempted to contact them multiple times via the app, email and social media. I received two emails back to which I quickly replied but never heard back from them again. They are completely unorganized. I finally filed a claim with my credit card for a refund. Do not use this company.
10/18/2023-REPLYING TO SQUABBLE REPLY:
First-as you can see, they are very slow to reply. I posted my review of this company on August 6. Today is October 16 and they are just now replying? This is consistent with how they run their company. Two+ months to reply. The document that is referred to was not notarized because the document was incorrect and they would not reply and fix it. I filed a claim with my credit card company and they found that my claim was valid and reversed the charges.
