Packing not included
You need some of your own packaging, which is different to apple’s trade-in scheme. Had to find a Jiffy bag as the phone box was long gone. Also you have to decide whether to pay extra for it to be insured in the post, or accept you’re only covered for £100 by Royal Mail.
