The product was thawed and hot
The product was thawed and hot, horrible packaging! Most companies use dry ice and this was sent with 3 cold packs! Everything was ruined and inedible ! I’m so mad and disappointed and want a refund, I already emailed the company about this with no response .

Elizabeth, we're extremely sorry for all the inconvenience you experienced. I replied to your email right after you wrote to us (you can try looking at your junk mail) you will find it. The 3rd party who handles our packages didn't do it properly. We do not want to send dry ice because we care about the environment. I have already issued a refund of your 3 meals.

This is the solution for my super busy life. I am self employed with not a regular schedule. Lots of the times I need to travel for work. And it’s not guaranteed that I’ll find the best food depending where I go. With SQUAREAT I don’t have this kind of problem. It’s delicious and healthy. Very happy with my meal plan subscription.
