Great service and value. I still like using the 'last ever Blackberry' - the Key2 - for work emails. Square Repair did a great job taking mine in and replacing the battery; it now runs as new and it took less than 2 hours to turn around. Highly recommended.

Sometimes when I read reviews I don’t know if they’re true or not. I don’t write many myself, but when I’m really delighted with the service and support I think it’s key to support.

Anthony and Steven are such gents. I was a walk in and seen straight away. Anthony came to meet me f2f and explained everything thoroughly. I needed a replacement screen for one iPad and a new battery on the other.
I had calls while they were working on the iPads to ask questions and give updates.
The work was done on both within 3 hours
The cost was far cheaper than anywhere else I’d been quoted.
I met Steven on collection and he explained what they’d done and any issues give them a call/email etc.
I can’t recommend them enough.

Screen froze and wasn't able to access after it was dropped.

Took my phone to Square Repair after being told by my phone insurance provider that they were not able to fix it and they would need to provide me with a replacement.

As I hadn't backed up the phones contents to the cloud I was unable to access data and photos that i desperately needed (on a new phone).

Anthony at Square Repair calmly took me through the options and was confident a fix was possible without any data being lost.

Within 2 hours the phone was repaired with a new screen as a very reasonable cost (below my insurance excess) and none of the data has been lost.

Couldn't be happier and I'll be telling everyone about this fantastic company!

I sent my phone to them for a repair and they promised to return it via Tracked24 postage. The tracking doesn't work, they claim they sent it on Monday but now it's Wednesday and it hasn't arrived, I've no idea where my phone is or when it will turn up. Or even if it will turn up.

Do not trust this company, they will promise one thing and deliver something else, and they might just lose your property.

Got a battery replaced on my OnePlus 9 Pro bringing it back to like new. Was done within a few days and delivered back to me. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Square repair. My dad’s iPod touch (4th gen) had stopped working. I met Stephen and he was great. I explained to him that I wasn’t sure why it wasn’t working and that if possible I didn’t want to lose the data. He listened to me, gave me clear next steps and kept me updated via email. The repair was completed on the same day. They did a great job and my dad said the ipod is working brilliantly. Thank you.

Was a bit apprehensive leaving my iPad to have the cracked screen repaired. Stephen met me at the reception of their office space near Liverpool Street station, gave me a receipt and emailed me later to say it was ready for collection. Convenient, fast service, I would use again.
