I don't often give five stars unless it's really been earned, and in this case Square Repair has earned it! I was sending an iPad in for repair, the website was so easy to understand and the pricing... See more

Fast, courteous communication. Great service. Put a new battery in my much loved, supposedly extinct, BlackBerry Classic in an hour. My one regret is that I didn't discover Squarerepair earlier. More... See more

Outstanding Service

A broke the screen of my 6-month old Samsung A53 5G and Square Repair replaced it the same day. A reasonable price and far cheaper than buying a new phone. Outstanding service!

Purchased a damaged 13 pro max on their eBay store (username square-tech) so I could repair it. 2.5 months later and it has been blacklisted as lost or stolen on CHECKMEND, so can’t be used in the UK. I’m now having to try to recover my business losses through a bank chargeback, as neither the seller or eBay have offered a solution, despite both being contacted with evidence of the device being lost or stolen. Not happy!

Update weeks later: seller continues to ignore me and my bank have refunded me. Seems like total fraudsters. Thank god for consumer protection law…

I'm sorry to hear that your HTC M8 battery replacement hasn't improved your device's performance as much as you expected. It's important to keep in mind that your HTC M8 was released in 2014, and like all device batteries, hardware deteriorates over time, which can cause performance issues.
The main cause for battery life issues after a battery replacement is usually software-related. Most manufacturers recommend performing a factory reset at least once a year to keep the operating system running smoothly. Otherwise, the system can become bloated and sluggish, putting more strain on the processor and battery.
Manufacturers stop making batteries a few years after a device's release, so we only have access to batteries available in the repair parts market. It's important to note that there is only one type of battery that will work in your handset. Any other type will is rejected by the system.
I hope this information helps.

Highly recommended

I called them after my Daughter broke the screen on her I pad. They replaced the screen and tested it the same day. Absolutely first class job at a sensible price, A+++ service!

Googled iPad battery replacement and…

Googled iPad battery replacement and Square Repair popped up. I liked the simplicity of the website and the whole repair booking service.
I sent my order with DPD next day, on Monday. My iPad was delivered back by Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm Wednesday!
Very pleased indeed and I have another iPad which needs a new battery as well so I'll be sending that one within the next few days.
Very quick to response to a request for a VAT invoice as well.

Really quick and personal service

Really quick and personal service. Answered queries really quick both on email and over the phone. Having dealt with a couple of other companies when trying to replace a battery on a 'vintage' iPad. I was left with a less than favourable impression however Squarerepair were totally on it and filled me with confidence that they know what they're doing. Great job.

Mail In Service

I have just received my phone back from a mail in service. They fixed water damage from dropping my phone in the sea. Cost me less than £45 had phone back with in a week. Very impressed. Typing this from my now fixed Huawei P20.
Thank you Square Repair.

I have a Moto G 5 Gen fone & local repair shops, didn't do that. Searched on line & Squarerepair, came a quick phone call to Liverpool Street branch & it was confirmed I'd the screen replaced by the end of the day!
I was going away the day after & everything is on the phone.
Lovely guys & would recommend.

Fraudsters in the open.

Fraudsters. 1* as cannot give a negative rating.

I gave them to replace my Blackberry Classic battery. What they did was return me back my phone as it is with no work done. No battery replaced !! While returning they were fully aware the battery couldn't be checked and quite confidently charged me £55.

I was surprised to see no marks on my phone, but assumed the guys were real pros. Yes real pros in committing fraud. Luckily I had paid with an AMEX and will surely dispute the charge. I didn't give them my password so most probably wanted to pry inside and maybe would have wanted to keep the phone longer than the 1 hour.

Wot No Appointment!

Called in without an appointment and met with Tony. No fuss at all. Took my iPhone and checked it with me. Agreed what needed to be done and said call back in 2 hours time. I returned and bingo all sorted. Excellent service and well handled Tony:))
