I have used Square Repair services a couple of times to repair my old smartphone. Both times it was fixed at an agreed price and they provide 1 year guarantee. I trust them to do the repair and they claim to use genuine parts which I cannot dispute as I am not an expert of. I would be using them in the future if case arises.

My Samsung Galaxy S6 would not charge and the battery had died. Initially I got in touch with Samsung to see if they could help. Most valuable for me is the data on my phone, photos etc. Samsung confirmed that they could fix my phone but would have to erase all my data as part of Data Protection Regulations, so this was not an option for me.

After a quick search online, I came across Square Repair. They said they would diagnose the problem first before giving a quote on how much it would cost to fix and that they would not wipe my data. I sent my phone in via post on Sunday 19th September via Royal Mail special delivery, they received it Tuesday morning just after 9am. By 11am they had already diagnosed the problem. They quoted £60 for a new charger port which I agreed to. By 2pm I received an email confirming that my phone was fixed. At 4pm I received a message saying my phone had been posted back to me and I received it on the morning of Wednesday 22nd September. Super impressed with their work and service. Highly recommended.

I booked my phone in to have a new battery when I noticed that the Apple Store were going to charge £50 and this lot were £30. Other than being tricky to find (it's in an office block down an alley was opposite Liverpool St station) it was very simple. They took the phone and 40 mins later it had a new battery fitted for nearly half the price that Apple wanted to charge. 4 weeks later it's still working just fine. The customer experience and communication could probably be slightly friendlier and better (they didn't give me a receipt and I had to ask if it came with a warrantee) but other than that I can't complain

Absolutely superb.
I dropped my iPad Mini 4 from about 6 foot high onto a tiled floor. Unsurprisingly, this smashed the screen. As I am rather clumsy the case also showed other marks (dents, scratches, etc) from previous less dramatic drops.
After speaking to them on the phone (where they were very helpful), I sent my iPad off to them to repair. The cost was half that from Apple, the repair was completed quickly and to a very high standard. They even did work on the dented corners to make sure the new screen fitted.

I sent my Phone for repair , used courier as was too busy at work, it was quick the same day service, came back looking as new, not too many offer repairs to HTC phones and am happy so far, its not cheapest but they offer 1 year warranty though Thanks

My old iPod Touch was repaired within 24 hours and arrived back promptly by recorded delivery. Time will tell how it performs, but with a new battery and a year’s warranty from Squarerepair, I have been delighted with the service.

Fantastic service! Sent in my iPod for prognosis, received an email & quote if I wanted to fix it. Went for it & the rest is history - iPod works like a charm. Highly recommend & will use again but hopefully not on the near future 😄

After the 4th time I unfortunately dropped a phone, I contacted Squarerepair, yet again, and as usual, they were brilliant. I had a limited amount of time, so booked an Express slot. I was told to return an hour later, 45mins later, they had replaced my screen. I was amazed, fast and reliable service. I will use them the NEXT time my screen breaks.

Thank you so much! My phone's screen broke yesterday and I spent the day looking for a repair place, which would have screens for the correct model in stock. Called Square Repair at lunchtime today, opted for the courier service and had my phone back with a new screen by 6 pm. Impressive service.

I am very happy with my experience at Squarerepair. The home button on my old iPad2 needed replacing. I called in at Squarerepair just after 10am and they said there would be no problem fixing it that same day and would call me when it was ready. They called me just before 1pm to say it was ready to collect.
Everything about the service was excellent and my iPad is now as good as new
