I think I have just had the best customer experience ever! Brought 2 x Squire locks from a retailer and they turned out to both be faulty. I had heard about Squires excellent customer service so thought better to go to them direct. Wow, what a service! They paid for the delivery, fixed the locks and sent them back. I really cannot think how the service from Jim could have been any better in any way. A great British company, thanks a lot Jim!!

I ordered a significant number of items for securing expensive bikes. My order was delivered promptly and when I discovered that one chain was incorrect I contacted Squire's and Marian Flint arranged to deliver a replacement the next day. The equipment that I received whilst not cheap was of a quality that made each item good value.

I (Dave) ordered my (3rd) Squire lock from Canada (where I live) for delivery to my son (Alex) in the UK. I will pick up the lock and bring it back to Canada when I visit him next month.

My research indicated that Squire locks are the best in the world, that is why I bought my first lock a few years ago.

Where I live there is a room full of storage lockers, one per flat owner. Last year it was broken into. The thief smashed the locks on every locker and searched through the contents of each, stealing everything of value. The only locker they did not get into was mine - because it had a Squire lock on it. They tried to break in and there was damage to the locker itself, but the Squire lock held and so they skipped my locker. That is why I have subsequently bought two more.

My only wish is that Squire locks were easier to acquire in Canada.
